Waited 40 minutes for our food it was cold when we got it got charged for stuff I didn't get charged extra for items that was supposed to be with our meal I never complain but I did to day as over charged 10 back for bad food is not good and the person argued with me about I should have walked out and not paid but I'm not that kind of person and we still left a tip but shouldn't have in alright should have not been charged

I feel like even one star for the service isn’t deserved. The waitress got the drinks, the order and then they tossed her on break. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. The food was decent.

Used to be good, but quality and menu has dropped off over the last several years. I used to go here often but several things have changed that keep me away. Many changes to the menu and quality of the food have lowered the quality. Very dated atmosphere and general lack of upkeep keep it from being a pleasant place to go. Sorry to say it's an old, outdated restaurant chain that's on its last legs. Generally an example of a 70s era family restaurant, and not in a good way.
Dietary restrictions: Not much for people with dietary restrictions.
Kid-friendliness: Standard kids menu with old fashioned choices.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessable entrance and they will move chairs around to accommodate. Tables are closer together so maenuvering could be less than easy.

Christmas dinner didn’t work out at home so we laugh it off and came here. What a nightmare. Server forgets you , all your food comes with the appetizers because “sorry they came up at the same time “ but everything was ice cold except my kids pancakes. AND I SEEN IT SITTING IN THE WINDOW FOR almost 10 minutes before she grabbed it. They bring the wrong food, the only positive is being able to hear the kitchen staff bicker and fight. It’s not even really busy. It’s like a movie scene in this joint today. 😂 family is half way done with their meal and mine hasn’t made it to the table yet. Just a double cheeseburger and fries. But still waiting as I write this review. I came here with the intention on tipping big and I still will because it’s Christmas and they are here and not home with family. But I may drive to the falls for my dennys experience next time

This was the worst experience I ever had at a restaurant all the servers were air heads they thought there job was a joke treated us like we were wrong for wanting to eat. That’s all right no tip!

If I could give negatives starts I would have. We had to wait 20 minutes for our salads . Our service was horrible and when we asked another waitress we got ignored. I had to send food back because itt was made wrong by the time I received my food everyone else at the table was done and ready to leave then we had to tell the waitress that the order was in window. I will never come back to this location and I recommend that you don’t come to this location either.

Place was pleasant, clean and quiet. Sat and placed our orders. It took a little time but that was cool. My chic got what she asked for, I did not. The food was surprisingly delicious even though it was NOT what I ordered. 5 starts to the Female cook that night. Every aspect of our food was awesome. Customer service was much to be desired. I did not mention to our server that she gave me the wrong burger because it was great! (No Thanks to her). I asked for pie. She said "We don't have pie." I said, "What's that?" Pointing at a advertisement for pie on the sugar, salt and pepper tray. I said "where's the pie menu?" She said "we don't have a pie menu." She then proceeds to bring me the pie menu. By then I was done with this server and didn't want to spoil my awesome meal with further bad customer service. I'd be back just not at night with this server.🤷🏿♂️
This is my go-to place when it's 3:00 in the morning. There's never a wait. There's always a seat available. Sometimes I'm the only one in there. Food's always good and the overnight staff does a great job
