Every time that we come up this way to go through Canton and Akron please stop at this Denny's. The food is always good the staff is always great and on this particular day the food was awesome.

It took them forever to seat us while all of the workers were talking and joking in the back who were all teenagers I should add. When we finally got sat and got our waiter with the afro, he talked so quietly that I couldn't hear a thing he was saying. They made my order wrong so when I asked them kindly to fix it he took it back and then another blonde girl comes back with the plate and shoved it across the table and had an attitude. When we paid the same blonde girl cashed us out and still was rude. I left 0 tip and I hope she was watching

We ended up here yesterday because we walked out of a restaurant close by because of bad service. We weren't overjoyed about going to a Denny's to be honest but it was the style of food we were in the mood for. We had a few not so good Denny's experiences so we weren't expecting anything too great. We were wrong. We walked in to be greeted by Joe, he was busy dealing with other customers but very welcoming, a guy called Donny came out and showed us to our table, a really nice guy, a gentleman! Joe came to take our order and on the way thanked Donny for looking after us, these guys were so respectful to each other and to us. The meals we ordered were cooked perfectly, the place was spotlessly clean, the atmosphere was fantastic. We spoke to Joe and he told us he loved old fashioned customer service and it showed, something was right in this Denny's and that's largely due to the staff that were on shift yesterday. We'll be back. And can't wait to do it again.

This server has absolutely no idea what she’s doing. She can’t even remember to bring a drink. Consistently messed up all of our orders which made us have to stay 2x longer. Absolutely bottom of the barrel Dennys. Do NOT come here.

I was in there on Sunday morning and it took a waitress about 15 minutes to even come and analogy me and my husband and granddaughter to even get a drink and place a order .we were about to get up and leave then a kind lady came and took are order telling us there was suppose to be a male taking are order and he never came to the table at all. Then when u looked at my bank statement I got charged twice for my meal. So please if you us a card make sure they only charge you once for your food I am disputing the one charge .

I walked into Denny's to place my order and stood there waiting for the waitress to stop talking and come take my order at the register. She never did, another waitress took my order. I asked for sauteed onions and mushrooms in my steak, needless to say I received ONLY onions. The mashed potatoes were VERY gross, even with the country gravy. The steak was the only thing that was half way decent. Even the broccoli with cheese was bland and cold. Needless to say I will not order from that restaurant again.

Seems to be a typical Dennys. Our son had never been to one and we stopped, he said his chicken tender and seasoned fries were really good. I had eggs over easy and they were too easy, lol. I asked for blueberry pancakes and instead of spread thru the pancake they were clumped in a big mess in the middle. Our waiter was super friendly but very harried. They didn’t have enough staff for the rush.
