If you're from Akron, then you know that the Diamond Grille is a landmark for their decades of serving amazing food. Nine decades, exactly, as they celebrated their 90th anniversary, recently. W KNEW we wanted to be there for pork chop week, so we made reservations for ans it was everything we hoped it would be 🤤 All the courses were included with the menu - she started with the shrimp cocktail, while I went with the stuffed banana peppers. Those appetizers were followed by a fresh and colorful salad. A drink was included as well, so I ordered an Old Fashioned. It was perfectly poured and an absolute delight to sip on once the star of the show arrived... Two double cut pork chops 🤩 They were massive! But they were also incredibly tender and juicy. Lightly seasoned and ringed with a yummy fat ribbon 😋 Yummmm. We both chose the brownie sundae for dessert and you can tell by the photo that it was the perfect way to end a delicious meal. Cheers to 90 more, Diamond Grille, and thanks for a romantic evening🍸

I recently was at the diamond grill I will give you a comparison with Lannings Although my steak wasn't done perfectly I was asked four times to replace it which I declined At Lannings the filet was tough I had to saw it with my steak knife I was NEVER asked how my meal was. An over priced piece of leather is what I was served Diamond Grill over Lannings ALWAYS

Amazing. Probably the most perfectly cooked and best tasting steak I have had anywhere! (I regret forgetting to take a picture of the steak cut open) Everything was delicious for our entire table of eight from the apps to dessert. We will definitely come back to try other menu items.
The Lamb was Devine. Cooked perfectly. the fried sauerkraut balls are worth a try.

Jeannie was just a FANTASTIC server! Extremely attentive, fun, jovial, pleasant, and genuine. Food- perfect! Can not rave enough about how delicious it was! Bartender knew how to make a Sazerac which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. We had such a fantastic time didn't notice the time - almost 3 hours of food, drinks, and fun! The atmosphere and ambiance very reminiscent of old refined dining of days past.
