The young men who work here are always respectful, well mannered and friendly, I had an issue with accidentally adding something I didn’t realize I had done and the manager was helping me and everyone had to wait I was so embarrassed but everyone was so nice and understanding and he was able to fix my bill and the pizza was absolutely delicious as always! I highly recommend and intend to visit again really soon!

The customer services here sucks. There’s this one black girl that answers the call everytime I call and she never fails to mess up my order. One time I called she never put my order through. The second time I called I placed an order for two chick sandwich she never put the second one. The manger helped me out the first time. Which I appreciate but this is very sad and ridiculous that I feel like I’m not prioritized as a valuable customer. I order from here all the time next time I’m calling the corporate and just stop ordering from here. This is ridiculous customer service. No care in the world at all.

Me & my husband ordered a large pizza with a few toppings including olives, when the young lady came to my door to deliver all l smelt was olives! I thought maybe it was normal to smell the Olives, BUT... as l bit a piece omg!! The olives was ransid and tasted horrible!! The pizza was absolutely disgusting!! 🤮 The next morning my stomach was upset l was in and out of my bathroom!!😩 and the olive smell was still in my house! NEVER AGAIN!!
Pizza was perfect, but we waited for 20 minutes for someone to bring out our food. There were no customers and a ton of employees just standing around.

Usually I have no issues with this store but I recently ordered my food in the delivery driver did not deliver it to my home which I have camera footage to prove we ordered from regularly and never have an issue I called to let them know that I never received the order and the woman that answered was extremely rude and said we're not going to keep doing this and I said it's never happened this is the first time she very rudely said well fine we'll make it and send it back out but you're going to have to answer the door we're not going to leave it on the porch like it was my fault they're delivery driver didn't deliver it to my home terrible customer service very disappointed
