This Domino’s is a complete embarrassment to the brand. My order showed up over an hour late, completely cold, and missing something as basic as cheese. The driver marked it as out for delivery almost forty minutes before it arrived, meaning my food sat in the car getting colder by the minute while nobody at the store bothered to care.
I contacted Domino’s corporate expecting a response, an apology, anything. Days later I am still ignored. That tells me everything I need to know about how poorly this store is run. It is obvious the staff here have zero pride, zero urgency, and zero interest in delivering even the bare minimum of service.
This was not a small mistake. This was a full display of incompetence from every level inside this place. If you enjoy throwing money in the trash, feel free to order from this location. Everyone else should stay far away and spend their money somewhere that respects its customers.

I ordered from here twice, the first time is because I just moved to the area and wanted to try because I love dominos usually. The food we received was ice cold, I actually have proof that it sat out for over an hour before coming to me. The second time was because I had a coupon for only this location and wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Food did get to me quicker BUT was STILL COLD and they forgot my crust flavor (im pregnant and did make sure it was on my order because its my favorite). Severely disappointed.

No stars at all. I give up. This is simply the worst run dominoes in the country. They are understaffed, untrained or supported, and overworked causing chaos.
Pizzas look like toddlers prepared them and put on toppings. They are underbaked and raw dough, apparently nobody can tell by looking at the pizza if it’s cooked.
Delivery is a joke. Tracking will show drivers parked at gas stations for 30 minutes, and pizza will show up soggy, smashed, pizzas has looked the the entire box was dropped before.
I’ve called the store after 2 hours and told them I would just come get it instead.
I’ve told the to call me if they’re too busy, I’ll just come pick it up. I’ll even drop a couple off on my way back if they’re in route!!
But nope. On a rainy Monday night my pizza arrived after a 40 minute joyride, apparently the bottom of a stack, smashed smeared soggy cold garbage again.
Can’t complain, doesn’t help. The app will give you a free 2 topping or 20% off as an apology
I really just want a consistent decent pizza in a reasonable amount of time.

The manager needs to tell these drivers that they aren’t in the fast and furious. Whoever it was driving tonight is going to kill someone driving like that! Unbelievable!
The drivers at this store are absolute maniacs! Forget about them flying through the plaza like grand theft auto. I just had one tearing through my NEIGHBORHOOD like nothing I’ve ever seen. Came unforgivably close to hitting a car luckily …I guess… they were able to come to a screeching halt before crashing. I wish the state troopers would shut this place down. The food sucks anyway.

I was really going to give you guys another shot but as I tried to place an order online it says my address is incomplete so I call the store directly place my order an they to say my address is incorrect. Funny every pizza shop I've ever ordered from has no problem finding my address. This is the type of things that discourage me from every trying Domino's I guess we'll continue to order somewhere else.

If you order delivery , be prepared to wait an hour and a half to get it. Also if your delivery driver is “Gilbert” be prepared to wait another 30 minutes to get your food. Just to note I live about 5 minutes away from the store, I just couldn’t pick it up. Also the food was not even that warm when it arrived.
