My son and I both ordered pizzas for pickup an hour and a half before closing. Orders went through just fine and then the employees at the store canceled our orders so they could close early. Now our money is tied up for who knows how long and we have no pizza. If you’re legitimately closed then no order should be able to be placed.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but I moved to the delivery area of this store a little over a year ago. Everything was cool at first; the food was good and delivered on time, but for at least the last 9 months literally every time I order now I don't get the order at all. I waited till around 20-40 minutes AFTER the estimated delivery time to call, and they've told me they're having staff issues; one time they said they didn't have a delivery person (but they didn't contact me) and the past two times (months apart) I've been told that they're behind and don't know when they can deliver the pizza. One guy told me that the manager was making the pizza and she's super slow. I told them once that I could wait another hour, but they said they couldn't guarantee that it could be done within the next hour (which was literally a whole hour after when it was supposed to be delivered, but I don't think there's any other place that delivers wings.) Oh, and they said they hadn't even started making it yet. Again, this was after it was supposed to have already been delivered. I went from getting Domino's almost weekly (sometimes more, because I love their wings) to never unless I'm at someone else's place. I don't know if they're horrible to their staff, so people keep quitting or if they're lying... I've literally never had that happen anywhere else or at other Dominos.

Placed a order at 4.20 was told it would be at my door in 20 to 25 mins later. I finally arrived at6.00 cold and dry. They need to pay attention to customer service. Also the they use a overseas call center with people you can't even understand. Be smart avoid this place.

**Update 1/24/25 I submit a review online via order survey i received after my completed order and no one has reached out. I also submit a complaint online with zero response.
Ordered through the app for pick up. Said my order was ready, but when I walked in, it was not and waited an additional 7 mins. When I got home, everything was fine, but the pizza was totally burnt. I have contacted Dominos for a replacement. Ordered medium pepperoni pizza, chicken bites, cinnamon twists, and garlic bites, and all of it was delicious except the pizza. We had to cut the pizza with a cutter ourselves as you can see by the photo.

Ordered our pizza and wings at 7:25 PM arrived at 8:50 PM. Pizza is burnt to a crisp and wings are subpar.

I understand that it is late and everything...but we order the pizza.. legit have to repeat my card number 5x for the team member to get it right. Wasn't even on the phone for a total of 7 mins and he tells us that our pizza is already done and about to be on the way...then we recieve this pizza that is undercooked and looks like it was purposely shook about 10x and to top it off I'm like 89 % sure the mushrooms were added to the pizza after they semi cooked / barely warmed up in what taste like a microwave !! 10000% unsatisfied.
Domino's Pizza is a great company. They offer excellent deals all the time and the pizza is well worth it. This is my go to location, and the staff makes their pizza well. Out of all the times I've been here, there's only been an error in my orders one time, and they made it right, no questions asked. Easily 5 stars!

They could not enter a credit card and then asked for cash because they could not enter 15 numbers in their system. The sad thing is they are smart moth about it, no Domino's worth it around here.

This is, by far, the best Domino’s pizza I have ever had. The pizza was perfectly cooked and there were a good number of toppings. I cannot believe that there was only one person working there, but she did an excellent job. I look forward to coming here again.

Yall are awesome especially being 1030 at night. My wife is in emergency room and not only was the pizza perfect and able to deliver to hospital but Michael the delivery driver was quick to get here and a nice dude. Yall came in clutch have a great night!
