This place is disgusting, employees never wash their hands and don’t wear gloves at all, most of them look like they don’t even shower, I would prefer for anyone to choose another pizza place not domino’s on south Main Street 44319.To expense for what it is.unprofessional managers and GM.When they say they are giving you credit on a pizza that has been messed up they will only give you up to $5 but tell you something different.

On 3/14/24, I attempted to order pizza from Domino’s Pizza located at 4037 S Main St, Akron, OH 44319. The call went to a call center, and I was connected to a gentleman with an Indian accident who had trouble understanding my order. I decided not to deal with the frustration and hung up.I am not sure if calls are being routed to India for a local pizza delivery, but regardless, it shouldn't be that difficult to order a pizza

Ordered food through uber eats with clear description of delivery with hotel name and room number. Dominos was supposed to deliver the food (third party deliverer of uber eats). Dominos didn’t deliver food. Not even a picture to show that they delivered the food and charged money through uber eats. This is clearly a fraud activity from Dominos. So pathetic service.

Second time in as many days that Domino’s has delivered burnt thin crust pizza except this time the pizza was jostled like the delivery driver was in an accident. The pictures speaks for itself. Who would approve this pizza for sale to a customer?
Ordered a customised take out and this was an amazinggg one... The quality n taste were too good... Best of the pizzas i had from long time even with moderate ingredients.... Kudos to the team of 3 working today

Pizza was really late, I called and talked about this issue. Asked specifically -" how hot will my food be when it's been sitting in quality check for over an hour?". They found our order, it wasn't out for delivery yet even though website said it was - promised it would be hot. Order placed at 5:28 PM - delivery driver showed up at 7:28 PM. Terrible - not going to this Domino's again.

Ridiculous. Put in an online orders. No problem taking my money I'll now have to wait 2-5 days for a refund.. Canceled because of no driver.. Then why is ordering online delivery even an option? Poor planning and execution by the store. Would give negative stars if applicable.

I had pizza delivered to a hotel less than 5 miles away, and it still took over an hour to arrive. The driver then gave my food to a random hotel guest in the lobby waiting for pizza also, even though the directions stated to knock and leave food outside of door. I then had to stop the guest in the hallway from trying to take my food into their room, when the receipt clearly had MY NAME and info. I called the store location to complain about the incident and neglect of the lazy delivery, plus how my pizza wasn’t cut and not baked all the way. I was basically called a liar, I sent pictures and confirmed to her the order and room # who’s food was given to a random person. She ended up refunding me in the end. SMH
