They staff here are super nice and accommodating. I ordered pizza for my class and they accidentally put garlic seasoning on the crust. They knew the mistake before I picked it up and were making me another pizza. It was only another 5 minutes wait. I didn’t even have to ask, they just credited my account for a large pizza. Great customer service.

They need to update their online pricing. I got there and was told a different price for the pizza. They than told me that the deal I had is no longer available. Update your pricing online. Won’t ever return there or any other dominos for that reason

The manager try to give me a rotten salad, he had an attitude from the beginning. No warm welcoming, just my total and his hand out.
I asked him would he eat the salad, he said no after looking at the mistake he made for 5 mins. I asked for a refund, never received it. I’ve work in customer service for years. Even on a bad day you do not treat people how I was treated. Horrible.

I placed an online order for Buffalo wings they were slimy like they were cooked in a microwave I’m a texture person I was literally abt to vomit!!!! Most of the wings didn’t even have sauce on them. I will not be ordering wings from here again. I’m just waiting to see if me and my husband will have food poisoning later🤢

I had ordered a large pizza, some cinnamon bites, and some drinks, now when I first got the food, I received my pizza BUT got parmesan bites instead. After calling to inform them, and my husband unable to go out to get the replacement, they came back and not only gave us the bites we had ordered, but a complimentary brownie thing as well as their apology for the mistake.
Now must say I felt so horrible that I wasn't at my phone to hear their call, as I wasn't in the room at the time of them returning the other items, but I wanted to just thank them by not only leaving them a good review, but in this way tell them my thank you, and apology for not reaching the phone, as there was to be an exchange to happen when they got to the door, for the bites we got on accident for our correct ones, the gentleman on the voicemail seemed so kinda and I felt so bad he must've waited at the door before calling us to inform he left them on the porch for us. Sadly our door bell doesn't work so even my husband was oblivious.
So I ordered food last night and when the driver had arrived, he had called my phone and I kept saying hello multiple times and no response so I had hung up the driver called back a second time I said hello three more times and the driver was rude and he’s like well yeah I’m here You don’t talk to somebody like that. You’re supposed to act professional when you’re working so I tell my boyfriend that the guy was rude over the phone. My boyfriend goes downstairs to get the food and he asked the guy why he was being rude to me. The guy had the nerve to say because she did Excuse me, it does not have to be a tip over your guys’s page. I had cash to give the driver for a tip. So because of me not leaving a tip over your guys’s page, he thought it was fine to say what he said you don’t say that to somebody at all I don’t care who you are so my boyfriend calls in to Domino’s and explains to the manager about what that happened last night and they sent me an email to get a free pizza or 50% off of your next order that person that delivered. My order really should Get wrote up or fired. It does not say on your guys’s page that you must leave a tip. I like to leave cash tips. How about that?
