If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered dinner online and was standing in my kitchen when I saw dominos pull in. They pulled right back out! I called because the food wasn't here. The guy had told me the driver had the wrong order. He said he was going to remake the food and it would be there shortly. I called back to see if i could get a discount or something for the inconvenience. The person on the phone said that's not how that works. US making your food fresh is your discount. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Delivery driver (Shawn) showed up to the wrong house at 12 a.m with music blasting and proceeded to knock on neighbors door until I realized it was my order. Ordered New York style pizza that wasn’t cut into 6 foldable pieces and flavorless . Also ordered the Philly cheesy tots but instead I received bacon and garlic sauce cheesy tots. Do yourself a favor and order elsewhere.

We usually love Domino's new york style pizza, but this time our pizza was 35 minutes late and it was cold and dried out. The driver had way too many pizzas to deliver, leaving other orders to get cold. The sausage was also slightly burned. I guess their service is going down the tube's like a lot of other fast food places around here.

Everytime it never fails the service is garbage at this location. What’s the point of having a pickup window when you have to sit there for 5 mins to even be approached. It’s always at least 3 delivery cars sitting outside whenever i order delivery i always have to pick it up because supposedly they have no drivers. For this to be a new location it’s mind blowing how bad of service they provide i go here because it’s close and convenient 2 minutes from my house never again.

I've had countless issues with this location from employee's not answering the phone 30 mins till close while im banging on the window with them inside carrying on like im not there,to the food being the best when certain employee's make it to more often then not sub-par. They have tried to remedy a cpl issues by offering me a free pizza the next day,which is appreciated,but doesn't fix the problem or the fact that there was no other place open that late and went there for that purpose. There's nothing like putting your order in, with confirmation,and when you pull up they take off go the office and you get a cancellation right after that. I'm not a domino's hater im actually the opposite,but enough is enough and its my experience at this location hope yours is better.

Marie is absolutely terrible. She hangs up on me and refuses to have general manager call me or owner. She thought she was speaking to someone else on the phone. Yet it was myself. Refused to help me bc she thought I was someone else. I would really love someone to get ahold of me.
