On a previous order and experience I was given the wrong order and brought it back into the store after checking in the parking lot. I was given a free pizza coupon from a corporate marketing manager as she was there “helping” the store. I called the store to use it this evening and was told they can’t accept it as it wasn’t the right codes. Fail on store, corporate and service.

Sloppy. My pizza was under cooked and it was cut like someone let a 4 year old do it. The sub we ordered was completely soggy. The service was subpar and a bit unnerving. I grew up in Columbus where Donatos started. This was a poor representation of what it is supposed to be.

I ordered my food online at uber eats when i got my breadsticks they were rock hard and probably stale. Then I also ordered a medium thin pizza, come to find out the pizza was almost paper thin. Nice work donatos! (sarcasm)

I asked for half pepperoni and half cheese. The entire pizza had pepperonis on it, they were under the cheese on the cheese only side. I don’t eat pork. My body responded very bad to this.

We sat down and waited at least 10 minutes to be seen. I finally went to the counter to ask for menus and waited another few minutes. My wife ordered a salad, which came out pre-packaged. The pizza was okay, but not great. We won't return.

I ordered two large pizzas for my family and both arrived burnt to the point of being unappetizing. Check out the plain cheese pizza we received tonight. Rest is going in the trash. Waste of $16.99, not even counting whatever they charged me for delivery fees plus my generous cash tip. The order arrived on time, so full stars for service, I guess. The rest of the experience was meh-tastic. Avoid this Donatos Pizza on medina rd. in Fairlawn, Ohio.

Ordered delivery over the phone and had lots of annoying questions about the menu. Keenan took my call and was very pleasant and extremely helpful and insightful. I'm sure they were very busy at the time I ordered and I really appreciate his patience and Helpfulness.
It was 9pm and the gentleman who helped us inside was fantastic!!! He was helpful, very friendly, energetic and someone who has the perfect attitude!! It was a pleasure to meet him.

I ordered my food 5 hours ahead of when I was picking it up and they waited until I got there to tell me they were out of half of the sauce I ordered and they'd replaced it with marinara instead. Sure, that's fine - but they were still open and taking orders for another half an hour, not to mention tomorrow's a big eating-out holiday. I'm expected to believe there's not a drop of sauce besides marinara in the building? Then I got home and noticed they shorted me a sauce cup entirely. The pizza was also barely warm - and I only have a ten minute drive home from Fairlawn. It was all minor inconveniences, but it will still be awhile before we decide to try Donatos again, I think.
