We ordered ten sandwiches and they sat back there and me and my co-worker watched them talk. We came and ordered at 11:21 and it’s 11:46 and there not even close to done yet we probably aren’t leaving until round 12:10 utterly disappointing it’s just sad

Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to slow took over 20 minutes. They gave everybody the wrong food and then told me it’s gonna be another 15 to 20 minutes till I get my food. They just hand food to whoever. It’s not the first time I’ve had the same issues plus getting yelled at by an employee at this location

I ordered a white chocolate latte and they gave me a cocoa mocha latte and it tastes straight like chocolate milk. We went inside and they were doing tiktok challenges with the manager right next to them. No one even acknowledged when i came into the store . If i could rate it 0 stars i would.

Just passing through on a road trip, we decided to pick up some coffee and breakfast. After ordering our food, we were met with attitude and a dismissive tone. We ordered large caramel frozen coffees (frappés), which tasted bitter. The chorizo wrap we received was frozen. We also got the $6 meal deal for the bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with hash browns, but they didn’t have bacon, and on top of that, they refused to give us the hash browns. Overall, I would not recommend this Dunkin' to anyone. The service was rude, the environment was unprofessional, and the food was disgusting and not worth it.

The employees here including the “manager” are incredibly rude. Used to like coming here but the constant rude service is just not worth it. Biggby up the street is so much better.
Half the times I ask for non-dairy substitute in my drink, they completely ignore my instructions and put cream instead. When I have asked for this to be corrected I have always gotten bad attitude as if it's somehow my fault it wasn't made correctly. I order online. The instructions are on the sticker. I have given this place half a dozen second chances and will just be giving up and going elsewhere. There are a couple workers who are genuinely considerate, but as a whole this location should be avoided

I used to go to this Dunkin' daily for years, this location was always the fastest and had the highest quality food and drinks. Ever since Shatoria took over as manager, this location has continued to get worse and worse with every visit. Mobile orders taking 30+ minutes for one item, and the orders being incorrect and low quality almost consistently. If you ask for a replacement or refund, the managers are extremely combative and rude. I outright refuse to visit this location nowadays and tell people to avoid this location like the plague.

Literally the worst dunkin I've ever been to in the 3 decades I've been alive. Coffee tastes burnt and excessively bitter. Sugar and cream can't even cover it. Managers are poor leaders and lack empathy.
