This Dunkin is a waste of time and money. Rather drive 5 min away to Shanafelt location and get a good product. They will make you wait 10 minutes for a cup that’s all ice and 5 sips of coffee.

I went though at 6:42 am this morning, waited in line and I ordered customized boxes of doughnuts with my refresher, and first they handed me just my drink and I had to remind them of my 2 boxes. Then I was handed 1 box and told it would be a few more minutes until I had my customized box ready. I patiently waited for my box and was given my complete order. When I arrived at work I found my doughnuts to not be correct or fresh, one was even flipped over. I know it was a customized order but you should be able to do it. As a medical Professional, imagine if your Healthcare was like the service I received.

There's always an order issue at this location. I feel they don't even double check. Even the female's voice taking the order sounded lazy, and it was after 11 am. Smh, both orders were incorrect and looked like it was thrown in the bag because when I opened it after driving forward a bit from the pick-up window, 2 items were upside down! My drinks were awfully made as well. Ugh! Horrible location. I only went there because I was in the area going shopping and I hoped things changed... BUT NOPE! Lazy service (especially the female speaker) and whoever made my order. Wales Avenue location is nothing like this. But letme not speak too fast because I haven't been there in 2 weeks. Hopefully, they're still on point. I'll update

You guys really ruined my friend’s hopes and dreams of getting her munchkins and boo basket. After she had already paid for her munchkins in a boo basket ,she was then told they had no munchkins left and wouldn’t even give her the boo baskets, you broke her heart. One person even decided not to come to the Halloween party anymore since there weren’t going to be any munchkins in a boo basket there …….

Threw out my coffee as I walked out the door. I felt bad as I gave my sourdough sandwich to a hungry street person because I was disgusted by this particular DD. They have many staff yet prep area looks like disaster area. If you look at floor you can’t help but wonder if they have rodent issue. Last time I stop at this location. Wish you all good luck!
