Im a frequent flyer. I always spend minimum 15 minutes in the drive thru no matter the time of day or how many cars are ahead of me. Its becoming a running joke to say “Im running to the dunkin down the road, Ill be back in 30.” Its probably partly to due with short staffing in the evenings. (And the short staffing is probably due to the wages offered.) In the morning theres usually about 5-6 people working and somehow the times arent any better. Management/Franchisee needs to do better.

Needed an afternoon pick me up, so I went on a Dunkin run. I ordered a large candy bar iced signature latte with a shot of expresso, and my son ordered a large strawberry dragonfruit refresher with lemonade. We ordered through the mobile app, ir was ready for pick up when we arrived, and they hit the spot! Thabks Dunkin for making wonderful drinks!

Stood up the counter unacknowledged for about three minutes. What looks to be a young female manager took my order.Then, went and gossiped with another manager for another about four minutes then they had to take care of a earlier order messup. Had to flag down some random lady working DoorDash orders then she couldn't even find my order. And finally got my one coffee, about 10 minutes after walking in. It was not busy I was the only dude waiting for an order inside. Now I'm late for work because we'd rather gossip.

I did a order through the app for a half a dozen of donuts drove all the way to the store was informed that they were completely out of donuts so when I ask for a refund they informed me that there was no managers there so they couldn't issue me a refund now I will have to come back the next day for my refund I believe this is poorly designed and that managers should be in store at all times or at least have someone that knows how to do a freaking refund. Making people come back the next day when a manager is in for a refund is stupid.
