I did a order through the app for a half a dozen of donuts drove all the way to the store was informed that they were completely out of donuts so when I ask for a refund they informed me that there was no managers there so they couldn't issue me a refund now I will have to come back the next day for my refund I believe this is poorly designed and that managers should be in store at all times or at least have someone that knows how to do a freaking refund. Making people come back the next day when a manager is in for a refund is stupid.

I’ve gone here multiple times in a crunch for the benefit of the doubt and every time my iced lattes are made very poorly. They always taste like bitter espresso and milk and none of the flavoring I get. I always order less I’ve as well and they always pack it with ice so it’s watered down. Today they gave me one that wasn’t even filled all the way, there was a good almost 3 inches left empty in my cup that was mostly taken up by ice . I didn’t even bother asking them to fill it as most likely they would’ve just added even more ice instead. The customer service is always up in the air and they pay more attention to the work gossip than your order. I wouldn’t recommend it.

How everytime I come your outta maple cream doughnuts...if there popular do you think you should make extra?ive been in line for the last 15 minutes and only 2 cars have moved...unexceptble..this will be my last visit

I went through the drive-through and they didn’t pay me back my change and didn’t give me a receipt and just closed the window. Basically. stealing from me. The service was awful and the workers were rude when we were ordering as well.

This location manages to mess up my order every time I visit, even a mobile order (last 3 visits). I order the same coffee but it tastes different every single time. The drive-thru isn’t very friendly or welcoming and lacks speed of service.

Love Dunkin coffee but there is something wrong with the staff at this Dunkin. Possible poor management? I was number 7 car in line at the drive thru around 10am. I am not joking, it took 18 min for me to get my coffee. I was thinking the entire time in line that maybe they are short staffed but once I got to the window I clearly saw 5 workers and 2 of which were just talking amongst themselves. The lady at the window had an assistant manager badge but don't remember the name, she looked like she didn't even want to be there. This is definitely the slowest moving Dunkin or fastfood restaurant period that I have ever experienced. Will continue to purchase their coffee but I'll stop at a different Dunkin next time.

Screwed my order 3 times in a week. I would avoid Dunkin and go to Tim Hortons down the road
I wanted to leave a positive review to thank the young male employee at the counter this morning 4/19/25 at 11:50am, I forgot to get his name. My husband and I ordered brown sugar shaken espressos upon seeing them on the drive thru screen. We chose this drink because it didn’t seem to have a lot of cream/milk in it. Upon receiving our drinks, we discovered that they were very heavy on the milk and cream, and we couldn’t taste any coffee at all. I went inside to speak with an employee and the gentleman I spoke with was VERY understanding and offered to make us new drinks. Having worked in the service industry myself, I understand firsthand how disappointing it is when a customer is dissatisfied, but he was so respectful and eager to resolve the issue without judgment. I was concerned that I’d be seen as a Karen, but he made sure I didn’t feel that way.
