Pulled in line, decided to use my app and place a mobile order while waiting. Line wasn't long, ended just by the front doors, but ended up taking over 30 minutes to get through it. By the time I received my order every food item was cold, not even remotely warm. Has to be one of the worst choices in the area when deciding where to grab breakfast from.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. 20 minutes for a black coffee two people ask me what I was getting and I was the only one in line!

I just got home with my order #1181 and found that it was not what I ordered and paid for. I asked for and paid for a sesame bagel, not toasted with vegetable cream cheese on side. What I got was the bagel not toasted with what looks like someone started to spread cc and then wiped it off and no cc on the side. Now it can’t be put in toaster at home due to a yucky shmear on it. I paid $3.10 for nothing. This location is also the slowest in the Akron area and has messed up my orders in past. It is also very difficult to enter on busy road, as they built it so that it can only be entered from the lane heading north and exited going north. Dunkin corporation should be ashamed of themselves for allowing this. Obviously, I have finally learned my lesson and will not return here.

This location definitely serves day or two old doughnuts. The Green location doughnuts are fresh and soft.
Past few times I've been there, it's been at minimum a 20 min wait. The coffee tastes almost burned. There needs to be a way to cancel app orders once they are submitted

Every time I go there i wait in line for over 30mins and they can't get the order correct ever I will never go back there again I would rather go to Starbucks at least I will get better quality coffee and they always make it right.

Me and my fiancé tend to go here often. We usually order a coldbrew with sweet cold foam, cream, etc. i order a toasted white chocolate latte. Each time we go, for THREE times now, the employees cannot be bothered to put the cold foam on the coffee or the whipped cream, which is something so simple. We also never get cream in our cold brew. Today, we waited for a loaded hashbrowns that was just sitting on the counter done. We were asked what we were waiting on. Employees didn’t say hello, have a good day or acknowledge their mistake when we’re paying the extra money for cold foam and whip cream. After giving them 3 chances, we will now travel to the Wadsworth location since they seem to know their job in all aspects.

I understand waiting due to the remodel. I sit in a line for at LEAST 15 minutes every morning. Please tell me how it is that a Large, hot coffee with 3 creams is made wrong more often than not. Ok THIS time I go back - the line is literally out into the road. This is THE WORST Dunkin I have ever been to. Terrible.

Dunkin sucks. Every time I go, I ask if they can make something that's dairy free because I have a dairy allergy; and every time they act as if they don't know what dairy free means and they give me something that has dairy in it anyway, even though they have several dairy alternatives. Every time I have to take it back and tell them to remake it because the morons who work at any Dunkin location cant check to see what has dairy in it. And this last time the interior was closed for renovation so I couldnt return it wothout sitting for another 25 min. That is the last minute and penny I am wasting on that place.
