The only reason I rated this Dunkin’ four stars is because of one manager — Nicole, She is absolutely amazing with customers and always goes above and beyond. If it weren’t for her, this would easily be a one-star review.

Unfortunately, the wait times here are consistently long. Even with mobile orders, I’m usually waiting around 15 minutes for something as simple as two wraps and a hot coffee with cream and flavor. Today my food even came out cold because they were still waiting on the coffee, and the order wasn’t made correctly.

I understand they get busy, which is why I even place my order 10 minutes before leaving the house, but the wait is still rough almost every visit. And today I was actually late for work, waiting another 10 mins in side (today's wave was a total of almost 25 minutes since the order was placed) I really hope things improve, because Nicole sets a great example of what the experience should be like and rumor has it, she's transferring to another store. So as a customer, I might be transferring a few miles down the road to Starbucks If this continues to be the pattern.

genuinely the worst dunkin I have ever been to. It used to be okay but it’s gone so far down hill it’s insane. badly made drinks, burnt food, etc. if you order ahead and think you will be prioritized you will not. a bunch of kids working that need to learn how to do there job.

Don't stop here unless you have nothing to do and no expectations. Walked in at 7:15am, walked out at 7:35am after demanding a refund for the iced decaf coffee that still wasn't ready. 20 MINUTES waiting in the lobby for a freaking coffee is absolutely ridiculous. There were like ten employees, and the drive through line was moving (slowly, but not THAT slow). My daughter said her cold bagel was good though, so there's that.

We waited for 30 minutes for food and coffee. My sandwich was cold and hard by the time I ate it because the sandwich was done before the drinks. Husband said no chipotle and they used the sauce anyways.

Placed a order thru the dunkin app for 3 dozen donuts charged twice when it was the scheduled time for my pick up the manager was very combative aggressive and rude because they acted like they hadn't received our order she was very loud an obnoxious telling me to provide proof of my purchase which I had digitally in my hand thru the dunkin app she went on to find my oder slam it down on the counter an refused to apologize for her lack of customer service. Please us this location with caution the store is dirty and unorganized and the plwpman in charge is a raging bull

People are waiting 30 minutes for orders. Store is disorganized and quite dirty today. Hot food was cold by the time I got donuts and my wrap was overcooked. Didn't even apologize for the wait. And this is definitely not the first time this has happened.

Slowest service of all of NE Ohio's Dunkins. Staff is chaotic, seems like here is no supervision to create order or efficiency. Many tables still dirty. Waited 5-7 minutes to order and receive a simple cup of coffee two days in a row. Not going back
