Went there on 5/22/25 10 am. Drive thru claimed they had no donuts, no hash browns, no munchkins etc etc. this was after I placed my order and went to pick up window.

Absolute zoo there. Employees are overwhelmed and it shows. Took 10 mins to just take my order. Then they set everyone’s coffee orders down at the “ pick up counter” but they don't say nothing! So everyone is just like…Ok? Is this my order? And don't forget to grab your own straw because they will forget. It’s sad to say but the dunkin down the street in the Circle K is a much better experience. Go somewhere else if you want to get to work in time.

The coffee was good, but the bagel I ordered had cream cheese on which but it was FROZEN. The cream cheese was frozen and chunky. Not good..

Ashley and Alyssa are the best they are always friendly and smiling when they wait on you. As for the rest of the staff they should take pointers from them because some of them are pretty rude

I ordered a caramel frozen coffee which I order at every Dunkin I go to. I was told they could not put the cinnamon sugar on it nor the caramel drizzle unless I ordered the caramel cream frozen which doesn't taste like caramel. They stated it was a new policy which was not posted anywhere. They also said in the app I could take off the cream for the caramel creme frozen coffee which you can't do. Very rude and argumentative especially when I stated you can't take off the creme and it tastes to much like vanilla and not caramel when you order the caramel cream frozen coffee. I go to Dunkin Donuts twice a day and have never had as many problems with any location besides this one. Very rude pretty much shoved my drink at me through the drive thru and kept saying you can do it on the app along with new policy we don't add the drizzle or cinnamon sugar unless you are ordering one of the drinks which has it aleeady listed. What is the use in being able to add flavor to your coffee if the location doesn't want to make it correctly. It always tastes like vanilla and not caramel unless the one girl makes it that came to the drive thru window to ask what I requested. Dark hair tan skin and she was the only polite one there. Worst experience I have ever had at any Dunkin Donuts and will travel the extra miles to go to another location besides this one. After reading some of the ither reviews If I was corporate would definitely rethink the contract with the franchise owner of this location.
The worst dunkin to accept door dash orders from, even if the store is not busy your order will be marked completed and ready for pick up without an bit of effort to start the order. Constantly waiting past pick up times 5 to 10 minutes 15 minutes plus for no reason other than employees are lazy and or do not like the extra work of dash orders. Your forced to stand in a corner like a pariah of society waiting for someone to help or ask what you need while everyone avoids making eye contact and acts like they dont see you. You get the same service if the store is busy and full or not, this particular time the drive thru had 1 car and the inside was empty. Very unprofessional I am there to help you make money and deliver to your customers. I have to waste my time not only there at location but as well when your customers leave bad reviews meant for your inhospitable actions. Employees are rude and need to be retrained to better accommodate delivery orders and start what they can when they can instead of marking orders complete to keep ticket times in compliance with corporate standards. That's called fraud and being a liar at the cost of hurting customers and delivery drivers. I cannot afford to loose money at this location, this needs addressed and needs better leadership from management.

This place has horrible service go to Dunkin Donuts daily this place I will never return
The icing on my donut was missing a big patch. I believe another donut was set on top and that missing icing was on the bottom of the other donut. I wasn't very happy about that.

Every time I come here, I get what I expect- its good, its consistent, and if a mistake is made (even if its my mistake!) they always make it right! I will say sometimes the wait is long, but I won't take stars off because when 300 people all want special drinks at 8am Mon morning, I expect to wait! This location is a million times better than the location in Green (Massillon Rd). All the employees have always been super nice and everyone is always working hard when I go there in the mornings. Keep up the good work!

Every time I come to this location and try to order bacon and cheddar omelette bites, they’re always sold out. This is 3 times in a week. It still baffles me that in today’s day and age that fast foot companies still can’t figure out how to order enough product. I’ll just start going to a different location.

Every time we have been to this location there is always a long line both inside and out. This last time the food we got was burnt. The cheese on the two egg and cheese wake-up wraps was burnt so bad they were inedible. The wraps also just crumbled when touched.
