East of Chicago Pizza West Akron

Walked in to pick up my order and was told my total. Was asked cash or card, I said card, they added $3 to my order. I informed them it was a debit card and they’re not able to assess additional fees (surcharge) when accepting a debit card. The surly woman working there said it doesn’t matter. I left and went down the street to another pizza place. If you’ve been assessed surcharge on your debit card here I would urge you to dispute these charges at your bank, you will get your money back.

The BBQ chicken pizza and parmesan poppers were tasty. A flash size is good for 1 person, while a small is better for 2+ people.

Ordering online for catering was fantastic, food tasted great and ready on time, they included all the utensils and extras we would need.

I love the Italian sub

Manager at this store ( Market St) was absolutely horrible! She needs to be fired! Pulled up in my driveway literally blasting her music, rude to my kids and didnt allow my daughter to sign the receipt… she shoved her out pizza and said “she don’t have time to wait” really!? I called the store and complained…to find out she (manager) was the one who did it… she’s very rude! I have called corporate! A manager of a store should always set an example for others.. rather it’s good or bad! I will NEVER order food from this place again. I rather order from nasty Pizza Hut and accept better customer service! I hate I had to even give a 1 star to leave a review… she deserves a -negative star and get fired. She lucky I gave my life back to Christ! Otherwise she would have felt my wrath!

Always love their pizza

This is unbelievable I ordered dinner at 5:22 pm on Saturday April the 12 it told me 20 minutes that everything would be ready its now 5:51 pm and still having to wait for the food a small pizza a sub and fries that was ordered and your telling me it's not done yet. This place is a joke I will not come back to this one again they told my husband 10 minutes everything would be done and it's not 5:55 pm and still no food .

Pizza always good, fresh & hot upon delivery!

Horrible, took 2 hours to deliver the food. No one answers the phone. Wings were still frozen when delivered. Just disgusting 🤮. They won't answer the phone so I can get a refund.

burnt and dry. sauce only on half the za. 30$ for a wack ahh pizza

Just passing through on a recent dr visit in Cleveland and decided to give this a try glad we did the pizza was great
