Great little shop with amazing sandwiches, and drinks. Not an advent coffee drinker, look for a different review for that. My only real issue with the place is parking and entering/leaving. That rough 5 intersection turns a plaza into Mario cart.

Got 2 plain bagels asked for my butter and cream cheese on side each bagel was 2.29 a piece how in the hell was I charged 8.68??? I think some employee theft is going on here or they charge extra for a selective group of people. This happened 10/16/25 at around 6:40ish in the morning. A girl was at my check out not very friendly by the way. Acts like she’s going out of her way to help you or your bothering her. Nobody needs this at this early in the morning or to be ripped off!!

The last time I came here on a Sunday I did not receive what I had ordered. It was awful and so gross. Unfortunately, we were unable to go back and get what I had originally ordered on the receipt. Today, it's a Sunday, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back. I go in and order two sandwiches. I was advised it was 17$ and they only gave me one sandwich. I told them I ordered two and was given so much attitude. It was such a hassle to just get what I had ordered. The cashier even had acknowledged we wanted two sandwiches before we paid. Bad customer service!! Boo!! Bring back the old Sunday team! Someone else even commented their order was messed up multiple times. So frustrating. :(

They have messed up my orders before and fixed them or refunded me. At 60% of the time they are good reliable service, the rest is up for debate. The product is really good when you do recieve. What made me finally post today is the fact at 12:30, no eggs at all? And you can't be bothered to make some? When about half of your menu items literally have eggs on them and the only reason I came...2 stars for sure

This is the closest Einstein's Bagel's closest to my work, so I sometimes order from here for pick up. Unfortunately my order is almost never made correctly. I enjoy the Deli Ham and Swiss which us a cold bagel sandwich with ham, swiss, lettuce, red onion, tomato, mustard, and mayonnaise. Usually the mistake is something small that is disappointing, but doesn't make the sandwich bad but my most recent visit resulted in me being given a hot bagel sandwich with ham and swiss cheese on it. Nothing else. Very disappointing.

Brought my daughter here for a TURKEY sausage bagel, and I wanted a coffee. They made her sandwich with pork sausage and corrected it by removing and replacing the sausages on the same sandwich. My daughter watched the employee do it. Luckily, it's a preference that she not eat pork and not an allergy or a strong moral opposition to pork. Also, they didn't have any coffee, so...

Don't go here if you want good service. The person in the front with the blue green hair was very rude. I requested no cheese. There was cheese. My friends bagel was burnt black. I asked for honey and she just rolled her eyes

Answer me this how can Einstein bagels GM down to the district manager down to the manager not call doordash and let them know that they are not accepting doordash orders or any orders from Uber eats and such and I as a Dasher come all the way here after I accept the dash order and they never even once called doordash it's not brain science doordash's phone number is on Google all you got to do is look it up. Thanks for not caring about others including dashers when this is how we make our livelihood!!!
