I'd been daydreaming about the chili con queso since 2007 - the best I've ever had and for some reason a hard thing to find where I live. My husband and I visited Akron again and of course had to get some food from El Rincon. I didn't see the chili con queso, but I did get some regular queso and it was exactly as delicious as I remembered. SO good.
