One of the guy was very rude to me. I ordered the large pizza over the phone and when I went for pick up he claimed that I ordered the extra large size which was not true. I told him several times that wasn’t me and I again tried to order large size but he denied to take my order. He even threatened me to leave their store and pretend like he is calling cop. I will never visit this store again.

I ordered food from here twice. The chicken was super undercooked. It was pink and bloody on the inside. Their food is always undercooked. The meatball sub was flavorless, sloppily put together and undercooked. The pizza I ordered was doughy and undercooked as well. I will never order from here again or recommend anyone to eat at this place.

Used their app. It said the pizza was delivered. But we did not have it. Called just to ask if he had sent the pizza, guy was rude and said this is why you dont use the app. Then why do you have one? It is a direct app to your business, not a 3rd party. And the food was horrible. Will never go again.

I grew up in the Falls. I haven't been to Emidios in probably 25 years. I work 2nd shift and was hungry. All I gotta say is if you're so unhappy with your job, move the HELL on. Rude guy hung up on me once. Second call I got, yeah what ya want. I gave my order and got ok 10 minutes...click. I picked up my order and told the guy you guys are real friendly around here aren't ya? I got yea. Guy was Rude as hell! Dude at least you weren't building cat scratcher toys tonight in a hot plastic factory! A family owned company that I was about to start ordering from again just lost my business!! And I can promise you I will tell everyone I know about it!!!!!! SAD!!!

Originally I really liked Emidios. But the last time I ordered chicken it was undercooked. The old man that answered the phone when I called to let them know it was undercooked, Instead of trying to make it right and own up to the mistake of undercooking it, he argued with me and said it's cooked all the way and the pink juice is normal..... I'm sorry what? This isn't beef. I went to culinary school there's no way you can convince me pink juice in cooked chicken is normal. He got mouthy with me and said to call back in the morning when his boss was there. He wasn't dealing with it. Instead this review and others I seen should do the job just fine. Seems to me they need to hire cooks that actually Know how to cook. Even IF you checked it with the meat thermometer, your logic does let you know that they get uncalibrated right? Or batteries die, depending on what kind you have. That thermometers CAN be wrong. But instead your approach in problem solving was wrong. And I hope you're not longer cooking anywhere. You're name wasn't important enough to remember. And because of you I will make sure anyone I know or hear talk about this restaurant, will not give you business. I shouldn't have to tattle to the owner when the one who messed up could have made it right. But like I said other reviews show undercooked chicken too. So I'm not the only one.

I usually don’t complain but… I called to place and order for my grandchildren at my house spending the night. They were hungry so… I decided to call the one place that was open this late. I am a returning customer of this pizza place. I called and the worker was extremely rude!!! They hung up on me twice!! I will NOT be reporting back or odering again!

We only ordered here because Fiesta was closed. Our entire box of chicken was raw and basically still clucking when they slid it in the box with all our Jojos.
Our salad was LITERALLLY brown. With gross day old vegetables.
After waiting over an HOUR. The rude guy basically said "bring it back to the owner tommorrow" ya. I'll just scrape up my last 45 dollars to get dinner for tonight and end up with nothing! Clearly the reviews don't stop them from serving raw chicken, or being rude. Seems like the owner should be shut down and everyone there needs to be fired.
I'll be leaving this lovely review. Already reported to Door Dash and will be calling the health department. And do what I can to spread awareness I can. Yall are gonna kill someone and you don't care. About quality or life.

As a former New Yorker, this is the best pizza you’ll get in Akron. Crust is always perfect, a little crispy on the bottom, fluffy inside, plenty of sauce and generous toppings. Half the price of the city but just as good. Thank you.
