Nice, quaint,quiet trendy breakfast spot Adorned with historical city themed canvases and a few pieces from local artists. Located in the Walhaven Business district of upper West Akron. Generally a wait to be seated and challenging parking,but the food is worth the wait. Wait staff seems polite although, the wait was extesive for my To Go order. I would recommend.

The Eye Opener is such a great breakfast spot! They have a huge variety of food options, so everyone can find something they’ll love. Our whole group ordered different omelets and every single one was delicious — fresh, filling, and cooked perfectly. The portions were generous and everything came out hot and flavorful. If you’re looking for a reliable breakfast place with lots of choices and great quality, The Eye Opener is definitely worth a visit. We’ll be back!

The server was extremely rude. A couple that sat down 10 minutes after us got served before us. The server seemed like he hated his life taking our order he was very short and not welcoming. My wife's eggs tasted metallic and off. He proceeded to THROW the plate into their tub, I am astonished that it didn't break. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
