The place is clean, organized, and well designed with a solid layout. The food looks and feels fresh, tastes good, and is presented with a simple, minimalist approach. Portions are small, but that's not a bad thing in the grand scheme. Service is pleasant and courteous.
Parking: Enough parking to cover all customers most of the time.
It’s was a cooked gnat on the eggs of my croissant sandwich.. that’s all I have to say.

I’ve never had service this terrible in my entire life!! Food was amazing but hard to enjoy with Makayla as our server. To my surprise is a manger as well. I love the eye opener it has always been a favorite, I went out to way to recommend it to some friends. It really sucks that this was their first experience there. Makayla barely came to check on our table, lucky Jas (the host) was spectacular and help us with our needs. Makayla completely ignored us and didn’t come back to the table until our food was gone. She walked around the whole restaurant with a water pitcher and filled everyone’s empty glass except ours. WILL NOT BE BACK!

Let me start by saying the food and the service from the host, Jas was great. She brought us drinks, offered us refills, and checked on us multiple times. The service from the server Makayla was terrible. She checked on all her other tables multiple times only came to our table twice to take our order and after we were done eating. She did not check and see if our food was okay in fact we finished eating before she even acknowledged us again. Asked to speak to a manager and she insisted she was the only manager got an attitude asked if “we were good”, after expressing our complaints to her all she had to say was “I’m sorry have a good day” just to find out the owner was present as well. Overall the food and the service from everyone else besides our server was good. The absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Me and my party are also servers so we know the expectations and to be treated as such is horrible. Wish I could say I would be back but she ruined the entire experience. Would not Recommend.
I just wish there was a partition at entryway so people waiting aren't eyeing and hovering near others already seated. Also, in winter it might control some of the cold air coming in on tables right next to the door.
This place is a dumpster fire. We had nothing but bad experiences years ago, and decided to give it a try on 8/31/24. Huge mistake. We waited for about 5 min before being seated, no problem. We placed our order and Sat and watched people come and go before we got our food. Our waiter never came and checked. We actually sat for over an hour and no food arrived. When we pointed this out to our waiter he had no answers. As soon as we got up to leave (without being served) the waiter brought my food, my daughters food and told us that they ran out of the food that my wife ordered. Flabbergasted! He dropped the two plates at the table told us they ran out of ingredients for the third meal, and offered nothing. He didn't ask if there was anything else we wanted or apologies for the terrible service. So we walked out. No explanations no, no food. No anything. The restaurant wasn't even busy. Our waiter was absolutely terrible. This is the reason we stopped coming there for years. We tried to give it another shot and this was by far the worst experience my wife and I have ever had in a restaurant. We eat out all the time and I review restaurants on Google maps. I'm always fair and don't trash any restaurants because I understand people's jobs and businesses are at stake. I've reviewed hundreds of places in Akron and all over the county. This was the absolute worst. If you're asking I would say to stay away from this place, but that is just my opinion. I will never step foot inside of this place again. On top of all of that chaos the place is dirty. Reading other reviews it seems this is par for the course with this restaurant. I also witnessed the beagle my daughter ordered sitting in the service window for about ten minutes while the staff talked over all of the food which is totally not acceptable in the climate we live in now. Not sure how they made it through COVID. The owner or manager need to take a good look at the staff and the way it operates.
