ordered a large pizza with pepperoni, banana peppers and bacon. 12 buffalo wings mild sauce. the pizza was not good crust was hard definitely way over cooked. the wings were good size wings and were cooked right but the sauce was awful tasted nothing like buffalo sauce. very disappointed especially for over $40.

We’re new to the area and recently ordered from Fiesta Pizza on Albrecht for our housewarming party on a Sunday. We know Sundays are busy with football, we are a game day family too! so we placed our order more than 24 hours in advance for two sheet pizzas.
When we called, they gave us a bit of a hard time about pickup. We asked for 12:30, but were told the earliest they could do was 2:00 because of game-day orders. After some back and forth, they settled on 1:00, mentioning they’d be busy with football orders.
I completely understand that Sundays are hectic for pizza places, but it felt a little off that a pre-order (for a specific event, placed in advance) couldn’t be prioritized alongside walk-ins or last-minute game orders — especially for a $70+ order.
This isn’t meant to bash them — the pizza itself was average taste wise, (it was burnt) — but the customer service just didn’t leave the best impression. We’ll probably go a little farther down the road next time to the Newton location instead of the Albrecht one.

Ordered small pizza and Jo’s for dinner went to pick it up and pizza was made incorrectly. I asked if they would remake it correctly while I waited and was told the way it was made is how it was ordered, and they wouldn’t remake it. Left without pizza and with out paying and definitely will not be returning to the Albrect location again

The owner gave me incorrect change and then kicked me out of the store when I asked why my wings weren't breaded. He then came out to film me, and when I did the same, he punched my phone down. He called the cops and was addressed about acting the way he does. I would say he was 10/10 intoxicated

I grew up eating at this location. I love their pizza and chicken and Joe Joe's, and they give you lots of Joe Joe's, not just 6 or 8.
I haven't had it in awhile I got directions to go here we chose antor place to eat the night when my dad used to order from here I liked the pizza

Called in my order my hubby picked it up gets home and order was wrong. I called back and was told I didn't order that and was given an attitude and was asked to bring the order back after 30 mins. I brought the wrong order back and had it replaced with horrible food and only 5 JoJo's . So I got cheated on my time and gas to get there and brought back like 15 JoJo's to have them replaced with 5 JoJo's. The guy was really rude about it insisting I ordered the first order. Hmmm I think I know what I ordered. I will never order here again. I didnt deserve an attitude.
