Our server, Jordan, was outstanding! Super friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu.

The food was excellent and very gluten friendly, they even offer a separate gluten free menu. Our waitress was knowledgeable, kind, and took the extra step to double check everything to be sure it was truly gluten free, which made the experience stress free. The booths were comfortable and overall it was a great dining experience. Highly recommend.

We love it here and our server was so sweet. We are regulars and were a bit disappointed with where we were seated but overall it was a good experience. The food was marvelous.

They were so busy that we and another 5 tables got seated in the front banquet room. Although it was probably quieter than the main dining room I felt like we were not part of the dining experience. However, the service did not suffer. Our waitress was attentive. Food was okay. I ordered the petite filet mignon well done & butter flied. It was very well done boardering on charcoal. My husband's sea bass was wonderful. We also ordered the asparagus and scalloped potatoes which were good and plentiful. We ended up taking some of those home. Another shout out to the Valet staff. They did a wonderful job with the crush of cars. The waitress requested our car as we were settling the bill and it was there, warm and parked in a way that made it easy to exit the parking lot.

We have eaten here before and had good experiences. However this time both of our steaks were not that good in flavor or texture especially in comparison to our past dinners at Flemings. We were not sure if this was due to going at lunch time and different kitchen staff or they went to lower quality meat or both. Also the truffle fries were soggy.

We were there for thanksgiving dinner. We had to wait 40 minutes past our reservation time. Then the turkey was like warm and dry, and the dressing was as beige as a small brownie cube and cold. It took over 40 minutes to get the food as well. We spent over 700.00for 5 people and it was a horrible experience.
I have been a customer over the las 5 years

On Thanksgiving Day I had the worst dining experience ever. We had reservations and took 50 minutes to be seated. It was sometime before we were asked for our drink order and twice as long for delivery to our table of 4. Food took 3 hours to arrive and then only after speaking with the manager. Our order had gone missing in the kitchen. The manager left us wondering why we had chosen this restaurant! Seems corporate books reservations and overbooks on Thanksgiving. Not my problem, but sure is one for Flemings of Akron. We will not be returning. Such a disappointment and suggest you look elsewhere for a great steak dinner. It was so cold in the restaurant I had to put my coat on.

The steaks are mediocre and overpriced, especially since they were all cooked improperly. The service is just okay. There were no specials offered, and a limited drink menu was available. Instead of supporting big chain restaurants, go support the local steakhouses.

Another Thanksgiving debacle to report here. Reservations made for 5:15. Seated at 6. Food was served at 730 (!!!). If it was a matter of folks overstaying the anticipated time, that would be one thing. This was clearly due to inadequate staffing and poor service. If the kitchen is backed up, I would expect the wait staff to be on top of everything else they can control, such as (at least!) refilling water glasses and promptly cashing out the checks. Bare minimum. We waited 20+ minutes to receive the bill after asking for it and waited another 20 for the card to be ran, which was the icing on the cake after being there 3 hours. (There wasn't a line at the till as we could clearly see it—there was just no urgency whatsoever.) Forget about getting a water refill. Our waitress just couldn't seem to remember or give a damn (?). The food was mediocre. The sides to share were small and potatoes cold. My $90 steak was overcooked and full of gristle. We didn't have dessert because we didn't want to have to spend the night there waiting for it.
For Thanksgiving, we have gone to practically every other local establishment over the years, and every single one of them was superior and less expensive. Our previous $600 dinner here was also a bad experience (with bad service) and we will not be giving them a third opportunity to disappoint. Years ago this used to be a decent place. Not anymore. Go to Ken Stewart's instead. Great service there every single time.

Yesterday, Thanksgiving Day, we had reservations at 5:15 and to be respectful to the restaurant, we were there on time. We arrived to hundreds of people coded outside in the doorway and around the front desk. Very Chaotic! We were seated at just before 6. Very disrespectful to customers!!!!

We ordered food as soon as we could. Two hours later we still had no food. People seated at the same time and some even seated after us had their food and left.

After asking several times and talking to the manager we left without eating. Clearly the kitchen was not keeping up with demand. No dinner on Thanksgiving for us! Horrible experience! I will post this experience on Yelp and all the social media sites I can think of. I’ll tell all of our friends, family, and acquaintances as well.

The restaurant was obviously grossly over booked. And the kitchen seemed to have no sense of urgency. Never again.

We don’t have these problems at Morton’s, Red’s, the Marble Room, Hyde Park, or ML Tavern.
