Messed up my sons birthday cake didn’t have what I ordered they had to call me back and had to order a different cake then they only gave me one tier on a two tier cake and instead of the photo image I ordered they threw on a couple swirls and called it a day never again

Normaly I love this store and have not had problems with baked goods such as breads. But this Almond Raspberry white chocolate cake was a huge disappointment for my birthday cake. Seriously a small dot of Raspberry filling might as well not have been there for as much as it wasn't.

Yesterday, I had about 15 minutes to spare to pick up necessities for my 7 younger children before going to chemo with our oldest. I was trying to hussle through self check out (due to only 2 registers being open with long lines). I moved a bag over to make room for more items and it froze up the screen which brought the cashier over to me. After that I did NOT touch the bags as I proceeded to pay. Groceries are more expensive here but it pays for your fuel perks. I like the people working there in the deli and the prepared foods. There friendly people.
