What happened to this place they used to care that no longer seems to be the case I guess Steve and his wife no longer are owner operators here and left it to children who rather be anyplace else 40 minutes for jojos that are cold, old and nasty. Guess they to will soon shutter their door they already are changing there hours to whenever they just want and far different from posted at least turn your phones off so unsuspecting customers don't wait in cue to place orders that no one will take although staff is there lock there doors and turn off the open sign. I guess with the outrageous prices they just collect there cash and are on some beach somewhere. What happened to you I used to respect you not I just won't ever spend my hard earned money there

I called to make an order and a lady answers. Says hello one time don’t even let me respond and hang up. I find this very disrespectful and unprofessional. Pizza is good but the chicks attitude is trash.

As always Gino's has made my night. The person on the phone was incredibly polite. The food was typical of Gino's, delicious and beautiful. Will be continuing to recommend them as the pizza place to go to if you are in the area, and sometimes even if you aren't in the area.

I had a small issue with an order about a month or so ago. Emily noticed what was going on and immediately intervened and made the issue right. She offered me a replacement order on my next visit, which was perfectly made and she gave me a free dessert. Thank you for great customer service.
My daughter ordered her pizza online an hour before they closed she was on her way to get her pizza when she received a call saying they couldn’t fill her order because they only had one person this was 30 minutes before they were closing more then enough time to make a pizza she ended up going to the store to get her refund because she was upset and not going to wait on a refund for days walked in store to see three workers.I can’t stand a liar and poor customer service you had enough staff and time to make the pizza if you wanted to be lazy and go home just say that we definitely would have respected that more.

Gave my order to the wrong person. Denied at first. Said we never called. Then made my pizza wrong. 3 trips to the place. Didn't take money off of the bill as promised.
My wife and I called to order 20pc chicken, lg. Pepperoni & sausage and lg supreme double pepperoni.They said it would take 40mins. My wife had to pick up a few items from the beauty store across the street. She came back out, and we sat about 15 more minutes. From the time we called to the time we sat, it was well over 40 minutes. I called and asked if our food was ready. I was told it wasn't ready yet to try back in 10 minutes. Waited another 10 minutes. I called back the girl who answered the phone, and she became rude. Instead of checking on my order, she wanted to back & fourth about calling on my order vs. coming in and checking if my order was ready. She got mad and said, "I'll get the manager." The supposed manager got on the phone and was just as rude as the first lady. They were mad cause I kept calling. I explained that there wasn't anywhere to park by the shop, and we were parked across the street. I said to the manager all this time you and the other girl spent on the phone want to argue with a paying customer you could've checked on my order. She rudely hung up the phone on me. I just left and went somewhere else. I believe they never had my order ready at all.IN THE PAST I'VE NEVER ENCOUNTER CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS.MIND YOU, I SPEND MONEY WITH GINO'S. ALL MY ORDERS ARE $80.00 OR MORE. GINO'S IS OUR GO TO FOR THE BEST PIZZA IN AKRON, BUT WITH THIS DISRESPECT, THEY LOST A GREAT CUSTOMER.
