Ordered my usual. Pepperoni with extra cheese. It was fabulous. Looked and tasted like extra time was taken in preparing it!
I called this place about 30 minutes before closing time, hoping to place an order. Unfortunately, I was told they could only make pizzas and nothing else at that time. I was really hoping to order something other than pizza, especially something from their menu that I was craving. It was a disappointment, especially since I called early. I understand they were close to closing time, but I would have appreciated a little more flexibility or at least a notice on the website.!!!!
And the person who answered the phone was rude! If I were your boss, you'd be fired right now.!!
Food can be hit or miss. Very rude on the phone. I wish they’d take online orders.
Locked in the 80's, no online ordering no credit/debit for delivery etc.

Coupon: $5 Gioninos Bread
Arrived to pickup my Small Pizza, Gioninos Bread, and Salad.
Forgot my phone at home. They asked for the coupon. Well. Yeah...
Me, I'd have said all good we'll still honor it. But, nope! Made a stink about it. I said whatever, charge me the full price.
Called back the next day (just now) and talked to a manager and said to him we can make it right, add a coupon or credit to my account and I'll be back or I'll take my business elsewhere.
Was told I can take my business elsewhere.
As a side note, the girl who usually is at the desk has ALWAYS had a foul attitude, never smiles and definitely seems to have no concept of customer service or hospitality.
New (?) girl was also working and followed suit. So rude.
Fix it. Not saying the customer is always right but c'mon now losing a customer or providing a less than satisfying experience is bad business.
Food was good though.
I'd take a small order of Jojos or a small tossed salad with cheese as a token of appreciation (coupon'd off) and I'll delete / edit this negative comment.

Ordered a pizza and jojo last night and it was terrible. The pizza was raw dough and so greasy we didn’t even eat it. When I called to see about getting it remade they pretty much told me that’s the way the oven makes them. Refused to remake the pizza or give me a store credit. So today I thought I’d call back and see if I could get someone with more customer service to help me. Nope same thing. There’s no point calling corporate bc it’s a franchise. I won’t be eating there again and I blasted them on social media as well.
Called 5 days ahead of time for 2 sheet pizzas and could not get them for 11am delivery. When I initially inquired they stated they only need 24 hours notice.
Take out only. Food prepared was excellent
