Arrived several minutes before my order was promised. They got it out fast, friendly and smoking hot within a few seconds. Great service with a smile. The food was hot and fresh. Not sure what’s different, but the Talmadge location normally taste a tad better than others. This was still good and there was no complaints from my crew at work. It always gets really quiet while they’re eating good food ?.

Yall really need to work on your customer service skills. So I called to place an order and the girl picks up the phone and says pick up or delivery that’s all she said. Not thanks for calling Gionino’s or nothing. I feel that is unprofessional. I hate when I go to McDonald’s and they do that. Just plain in Ghetto Fabolous.

I went in after being at hospital all day ordered a meatball hoagie with mushroom steak hoagie brownie bites they come out after waiting 20 min my meatball hoagie not there then my husband dealing with it said my wife said clearly she wanted a meatball hoagie with mushroom so what does cashier do I said after that didn't want it orders a meatball hoagie but without mushrooms an charge was still on my cc but I don't care if best pizza around I'll never be back
