The older white lady with the glasses is VERY RUDE. Ordered here multiple times & the last couple of times it’s been SUBPAR. The most recent time it seemed like they purposely sloppily made my pizza & chicken after a horrible exchange with the glasses lady. They seem like the types that will cough in your food. EASTWOOD IS better.

The people at This specific location are very rude. I also Noticed they get annoyed when you pay with card and they get upset when you don’t tip them as if they’re entitled. I’m sorry, but unless you do something special for me, I’m not tipping you. You’re not a waitress or waiter at a restaurant.

Food was ice cold even though I was early to pick up my food which made no sense whatsoever. Covered in grease absolutely disgusting.

Ordered 2 pizzas, a mixed chicken and Jo Jo's. We hadn't had Gionono's in a while and were craving what once was a great meal. Arriving home from picking up our order we quickly discovered the chicken smelled and tasted rotten. What was in our mouths was immediately spit out. I swiftly returned to the shop and pulled the manager aside to inform them the chicken smelled and tasted terrible. I didn't want to make a scene. Manager gave me back my money and we picked up a lousy meal from fast food. I hope they've addressed what was going on and nobody got sick. * we also noted that the chicken was oddly small. Not the typical chicken. All in all the experience left me turned off. Sorry Gionino's. We won't be back. Two stars we once loved your food and always good service.*also, this happened this past summer 2023. Only putting in the review as I'm looking for pizza tonight and sadly Gionino's came up in my Google search.
I ordered a thin crust pizza, and it was just ok. I have never had to add extra cheese, but this one needed more. For the money, I expected a better pie. Gioninos was my first "go-to," not anymore. Several that ate it agreed.
