Joseph (Owner/Chef) very accommodating.
On my route from Rhode Island to Wisconsin, Arrived last night just after they were closing/closed.
Joseph said go around front and unlocked door. He along with waitress made up a appetizing and filling dinner to go. We had the inspiring conversations whilst Joseph proceeded to cooking up a Hugh helping of BBQ Ribs.
Meal included delicious bowl of Homemade Soup and Salad, broiled seasoning French bread and of course pile of ribs. Even...
As of this writing this restaurant has an excellent 4.9 stars rating which is why we decided to give it a shot and we were not disappointed. I give it 5 stars for the food alone though the service, atmosphere and everything else was also fine. Its located in a house with a small parking lot behind. We were one of just two groups there but that was fine with us. It has limited size and seating and a smaller menu, but as mentioned the food was excellent. Also the service was prompt,...
Nice home cooking by Joseph. His sister Mary was helping out with waitress duties. Had ribs -- they fell off the bone - quite juicy and had a tasty BBQ sauce.
Sides of baked potato and green beans were also very good.
Special surprise was the in-house onion rings! Delicious tempura batter and cooked to order. Melt in your mouth!
