My husband loved his dipped cone. My banana split.... Do all of Handel's bananas splits come with just a few slices of banana? And not, you know, a split banana? Ice cream was good, it's ice cream, but now I know to never get the "banana split" again. Workers were friendly.

Love the ice cream but only had one window with a long line .then the second window open and that girl was super slow she moved like a turtle ? stayed in my line waiting 5 minutes and the people beside me are still waiting and the just got ice cream cones and we were done by the time they got there's. They need more Help !!!!

I normally get sundaes which are amazing , but I guess you can’t get them a half an hour before they close all of a sudden. Yet somehow they had time to scoop pints for people.

I just left from visiting this location for the first time. I walked up to the window and waited several seconds to be noticed by the girl that appeared to be at the back on her phone. She finally served me and I sat in my car to eat it, and I watched 3 other people walk up to the window and either wave, knock, or just stand there waiting to be noticed by this girl who can’t seem to break away from whatever she is doing in the back. Please have a talk with your employees about professionalism… I’ve never seen this at any other Handel’s.

My husband likes their Hurricanes and I normally get sherbert (lactose intolerant). Today we stopped on our way home and the only flavor they had for sherbert was Champaign Pink?.?. What?? No orange nothing.. Disappointed!

Portions at this location were very small compared to others I have been to. I got the four scoop sampler and the scoops were literally one bite each.
