They didn’t even give me what I ordered. Ordered a burger , got home to find it’s a chicken sandwich. Don’t have the patience after a 13 hour work day to turn around and go back. The bread is hard & burnt and the chicken isn’t fresh either. Just wasted $15 which is already WAY too expensive for a drive through burger. Also noticed the back door to the kitchen wide open with no screen. This used to be a good place to get a burger.. not anymore.

Been sitting here for 25 minutes. Ordered a hamburger and French fries. Nobody else is here and they're still not out here with my food. The guy never said. Please thank you nothing. What a way to run a business

This location should be closed. The 2 employees there shouldn't be in food service. I have watched that location deteriorate the last 3 years especially. Food this visit was cold and probably prepared hours before we ordered it. The fries served were not even the same type of fries offered on their menu. My favorite part of the visit was the guy behind the counter wearing a wife beater while uncensored rap music blared in the kitchen behind him. I must also mention the back door was propped open, a HUGE health violation. It was sad to see how bad that place has gotten since my last visit.

I used to work here like 8 years ago everything was made fresh went back to get monster burger and everything was broken nothing was fresh and the window seals were missing and ceiling had stains all over it from water leaking from the roof and pop machine was out of service wasted the best 10$ ever wouldn’t recommend save your money and go somewhere else. Not to mention, the char boiler was broken too

I ordered through the drive-thru and had to take my sandwich back because it was not only made incorrectly but it was also the wrong sandwich and the bun was hard. I politely showed the gentleman what was wrong and he remade the sandwich, slapped it in my hand, and walked away. No apology or anything. I said thank you and no response. I opened my sandwich and it was made correctly but the bun was still rock hard. Had to throw the sandwich away and go eat someplace else. Waste of time and money.

I went inside to order some food with a friend, the doors were open and when we walked in and there was no staff to be found. We could hear them talking and loud music blasting. We kept yelling loud to get someones attention. They acted like they didn't hear us. We got frustrated and eneded up leaving and going to Wendy's. I don't plan on going anytime soon, probably never again. They are also always slow as Moses.

If I could give ZERO stars for my experience this morning I would! I have NEVER been treated so poorly in my life at any restaurant! As a matter of fact I didn't even get my breakfast that I was soo looking forward to! Here's why....so I waited for the restaurant to open at 7AM...I was there waiting for them to open! The VERY RUDE woman working there comes to the window, rolls her eyes at me, smacked her lips and said WHAT DO YOU WANT!? I said very nicely, my order...which was 2 biscuit sandwiches. She said we don't open till 7...I said it's past 7!? She rolled her eyes some more, said some things under her breath and slammed the window closed. NEVER EVEN TOOK MY ORDER, NOT THAT I EVEN THINK I WOULD HAVE WANTED HER TOO AFTER ALL THAT ( IT PROBABLY WOULD HAVE BEEN SPIT ON OR DROPPED ON THE FLOOR FIRST) so I left , hungry and passed off and wondering what happened to Hardee's? I remember it being ALOT BETTER THAN THIS.
