Hibachi Xpress Tallmadge

This is my go to place. I normally go four to five times a week, particularly for the fried rice and egg rolls. I've ordered other items in which I have been pleased with (but I have a particular taste, so when I like something, I like it, I don't venture too far off of that), now their salmon dish, simply amazing, absolutely, but particularly I like and order their rice very often. They haven't been available for the past week or so, that's been a little disappointing but hopefully this is only temporary.

Staff was cool but man, they have no clue how to make sushi rice. Way too much mirin vinegar, the rice was practically a paste. Couldn't even taste the soy sauce over the mirin vinegar. Everything else was awesome but that's the core of sushi, the rice.

Best food and service for all of the hibachis in the area by far

I can only speak on the hibachi chicken and fried rice. Reasonably priced good chicken and rice. Yum yum sauce could have been better, though, I suppose.

Will never order from this place again. Ordered my meal and paid third party. Wouldnt give me the order and told me they have been gettin scammed so I can't get my order because they didn't get the money I paid Uber. All payments online are going to another party..maybe tell people before they show up expecting their food. You may be OK paying cash. Good luck

Just got a chicken entree with fried rice and yum yum sauce. It's soooooo good! My new favorite quick hibachi go to place.

The quality of steak was amazing. The cook deserves a raise or needs to go to a higher end place because that steak was so soft and tender. We will definitely be back.

Food quality needs to improve, buy your salmon fresh, don't use prepackaged salmon. Don't put corn in fried rice, please go online watch how to videos or take classes and learn to cook this stuff properly.

The food took so long that my door dash was cancelled. Then when I arrived to pick it up, the guy behind the register seemed annoyed that I was there. And made me wait even longer. I explained that the order should have been ready because my dasher never showed up and he basically said shut up and wait or don't get the food. Wow. Just wow.

That was a cute attempt at making me look bad. I can tell from the response that this isn't the owner. I never cussed or raised my voice. I told him to keep the discount because I will never be back. It was amusing to the workers that I had been sitting waiting for food that was already done. He wouldn't even look at my phone when I showed him that door dash offered my food to me if I was willing to pick it up. My voice went unheard, and apparently still is.

The book you wrote was unnecessary. As I stated on the phone I won't ever be back. That's why I told you to keep the credits. If I wanted to be negative I would have spoken on the questionable sanitation of the young man making sushi with no gloves a while taking tickets and answering the phone. See, no one even had to know that. Be blessed.

While the Cook was multi tasking,my chicken was visibly seared and the steak was overcooked and very tough.I don't believe I'll be going back for 2nd's!!

Great to go place for food. They just added this new Thai menu that I can’t wait to try. The place is a hidden gem. No seating inside beside a bench to wait for food
