Absolutely disgusting on the inside. I'm no clean freak, but it was gross. The food was bland, the yum yum sauce is what saved it, but it was still not good. The chicken my fiancè got was dry and chewy. I will admit the chicken spring roll wasn't bad, but everything else was pitiful. Don't eat here, the drive to Fairlawn's Hibachi Express will be worth your while.

The entree lacked flavor and seasoning and the teriyaki sauce was so thick and had a granulated consistency. When I walked in to pick up the order the inside was absolutely filthy. I was very disappointed because its been a while but I have ordered from this location at other times and was satisfied.

The quality of every aspect in this place has took a serious nose dive. The last time we got food it wasn’t the best but we chalked it up to anyone being off one time since we have spent a lot of money over the years patronizing this place because it used to be so good. The we got food again last night and it was truly terrible from the 3 pieces of veggies we received with our meals it was so over cooked and everything was mush except the meat! It was tuff and the rice and noodles tasted like they were days old and recooked. I’m so upset because I feel like we basically donated 40.00 to the business an couldn’t even eat what the served us. It was trash and went into the trash were it belonged! Let’s not even discuss the piss poor attitude that meets you at the register like you’re burdening her because she has to stand and get off her phone. And if she’s reading this, please lay off that God awful hood accent! You sound so uneducated and ridiculous! And you are not even doing it right.Everyone else, save your money! Trash! I wish they had negative stars -✨Vegetarian options: We barely got any veggies in our dishes and what was in there was so over done it was mush! Awful

This Hibachi I ordered for the first time from this place never again. It was nasty no seasoning no taste. I don't eat mushrooms, zucchini or onions I picked all that out. And even the yum yum sauce was nasty. I will continue to get mines from Brown St. Atleast there's has seasoning throughout it. And the rice it's still white that's not fried rice just disgusting and horrible. Smh

Gave this little girl working the register name I was picking up for & she was on her phone. Took her about 3 min to answer me an then said they still working on it. I walked back in cause as everyone knows it's over 100 degrees inside there. Went back in 15 min later all she did was look at me lol so I asked her how much longer ha she didn't even answer me just gave me a nasty look and continued her phone call lol. Last time I'll be going to this location. Prob shouldn't have what looked like an 10/11 year old working the front of the restaurant if she's not able to do it lol must have been an intense teen conversation ?
