Just wrong.Don't taste like hibachi at all.I bought two chicken with noodles no veggies, and supposed to had steak and chicken noodles with no veggies, and got steak and shrimp, I itched all the way home cause I'm allergic to shell fish.And none. Of it taste like habachi.So, so so up set.

The cashier lady made me show her my pickup order notification before I could get my food because she assumed I was trying to steal doordash orders and then my chicken egg roll was ROCK SOLID FROZEN and the food is not good. the noodles are soggy, the chicken doesn’t look right, the rice is mushy, my yum yum sauce is frozen. they’re not even asian

Hello all customers I am one of the people who cooks at hibachi and I haven't been working for them for long, but I would like them to try hibachi again for the people who left and come back to try our hibachi, which is very delicious we have good staff Excellent clean and very good at cooking, we will be happy to prepare you a delicious Hibachi meal. a delicious fried rice prepared some delicious sautéed vegetables you will love

Decent food. Service is generally subpar. Online prices vary. Recently, I ordered online. Went to restaurant 45min later and didn't have my food. Owner left and wouldn't let cooks take online orders.I'm now going to Nippon Hibachi.

Man, I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I won't be back. It's not about the pricing or service, but the actual food in general. I will say though, I paid $20 tip included for just myself. I LOVE Asian food, so it came as no surprise I'd get excited when my pals at the Matinee told me to try this place after a few cold ones. I had no problem with the food service or the checkout person. Order was simple, chicken entrée ½ rice ½ noodles with some yum sauce and an eggroll. ALL of it was completely overcooked, same with the veggies (they have to either be canned or microwaved because wow, they're very mushy). I prefer a good crunch to my Asian vegetables. The chicken was good but dry, and whatever sauce they use is very sour and salty, so of course they saturated the heck out of my food with it! Yum sauce reminded me too much of thousand island dressing. I got the veggie eggroll which seemed to be the only thing I found tolerable. I'm not interested in a refund or trying the food again, I just feel like the recipes and the flavors can be better if you're gonna call yourselves a "Japanese restaurant". Save yourselves the trouble and hit up the frozen section at Wal-Mart.

i went in to order chicken hibachi, with just broccoli and was told they can’t make it like that and it would come with all the veggies that come with it, which i didn’t understand, but okay, then the girl said they can pick it out for me or give me gloves to pick the unwanted veggies out. I just ended up saying never mind i don’t want to order cause what? Lmao.

I ordered a trio plate and told the person I was online looking at the prices on google.(which are incorrect). When I arrived to get my for the price was four dollars more for the food. When I asked about the prices online they said price are subject to change. They person who and the phone never said a combination would be an increase in price. After riding from one side of town to another I decline to get the false advertised priced food. Stay away they are in a prime location and think they can get away with anything. There were no lights on in the restaurant for customer to see at the front of the store only kitchen lighting. It’s kind of dangerous because of you were being robbed you wouldn’t be able to get a clear picture to describe, because of this places incompetency for safety.Parking: You may have to walk a distance to get to the place.

This place has fallen off, i ordered food yesterday it was so horrible we didn’t even finish the meal!! If u want to waste $ go here $50 we wasted and still was hungry!!! A waste of time & money!!! They also say they open up at 2pm but wont answer the phone until like 6pm , just ghetto & unprofessional!!!

When ur out of the plain all day nasty stuck together white rice, maybe outtage it so when ordering u don't trap a family into not having dinner cuz noone eats white rice here an won't. It's disgusting. Clumpy no taste. An then doordash order cuz vehicle is broke down,get told call doordash. Nothing u can do. Sry but it's ur fault not doordashs. Very poor customer service an horrible job of putting incorrect orders out without contacting customer first...
