Fantastic beer, super friendly staff, great food
I loved the atmosphere and experience. The beer was great and so was the food.
Excellent beers. Good food menu.
Love their in-house made hot sauce.
The only word I have for this place is, “Genius.” They smoked their tofu, created a spicy stout that stays with you in a pleasant way to continue that classic stout after taste and this place has a full vegan menu for those watching their cholesterol. What a killer place. Well there’s word numero dos… “Killer.” 10/10 would poop here again.
Edit: Adding a more serious opinion. This place is specific to their beer menu. Review it before coming in. As a brewer and past wine/brew supplies salesman I would say these beers are artisan and if that’s not for you, consider understanding that before you enter. Mostly stouts and darks, Christmas styles and the like. Unique beyond all means. I had a winter beer that felt like a warm blanket by the fire as I drank it. So if this IS for you, then I’d highly recommend getting in and exploring these beers. I believe the world beer cup has listed several of their beers as “best in the world” and I would agree.
Place is a unique gem, with a good vibe. People are friendly. Tried a beer flight. Neat presentation. Their pistachio watermelon and key lime pie beers were pretty interesting. Got pretzels to snack on which were delicious. Every week they have a new flavor of hot sauced infused with a beer of theirs. We bought a bottle of the frosted frog flavor. I’d love to go again sometime.
Nice place with decent beers
Good beer, good choices, food was average
Small place but awesome beer
Impressive selection on tap. Friendly service and relaxing environment.
Not a beer drinker, so I can't talk about the quality or pricing of their brews. Went Friday evening to get a quick bite of dinner with friends. One guy got a bowl of tomato soup for a ridiculous price of $11. Two of us got short rib grilled cheese sandwiches, one with chips and the other with a side garden salad. The fourth person had a prime beef burger with chips ($17). The grilled cheese sandwiches were good, but the "upgraded" side of a small salad was an additional $8. A small cup of French onion dip was $2. Two unsweetened ice teas were $3 each with no refills. The chips appeared to be from a bag, like Lay's or something. All in all, with tip, spent more than $100 for four mediocre dinners with no appetizers or desserts. Not worth the money, for sure.

Great beer, food and service. Will come again.
Hoppin Frog has our hearts—well, at least our taste buds—hooked on their shandys! The rotating hot sauce is like a spicy game of Russian roulette, and we’re here for it. Paired with their chip dip, it’s a match made in snack heaven. As for the wings, let’s just say you can save your time and money for more shandy—because that’s where the real magic happens. Ribbit your way over here and thank me later!
