Some of the best beer I've ever had. Wife and I both had flights and didn't have one we didn't like.

Beer was great but the service was terrible. I had to ask the waitress about my food order after 45 minutes, which she had forgotten to put in. She forgot multiple things during the time we were there but they had an ipad type screen thing at the end when they want your money. Maybe use that to take orders? Then I was with a large group and the table was very crowded. We nicely asked if we could move over a small two seater from behind us that was empty almost the entire time we were there. Same waitress said she "had to ask her manager". I'm not sure if she forgot about that too or never got back to us but it was clearly a no. Mind you, we all ordered food, multiple drinks and tipped well. Was told I had to go get my own water from near the restrooms. They also played dad rock all night (think Bob Seager, etc). It you're 60+ you might like this place. Food was average once you actually get it and costs about $20 per plate and comes with chips. Would never go back here with all the other options in the area.

Great beers but mediocre wings.....but I'm from Buffalo so pretty picky. Their "whipped blue cheese" is more sour cream than anything. Need a real blue for wings. Also wings were not cooked well with skin very rubbery, not crisp at all. Nice flavor bit need to crisp up that skin before serving.

Alrighty folks. My friend and I tasted this beer at a local pub in Ottawa. After scouring the beer stores, we realized it cannot be bought here. What did we do? ROAD TRIP TO AKRON!We drove down to Akron on a Saturday morning. 510 miles later we were in the tasting room, talking to Fred, the owner. What an awesome man. Had some good chats and he left us with his crew. Now, the crew... Drew, a stellar bartender with some of the best, bar non, customer service I have ever had. He's friendly, very hospitable and all smiles. His cohorts, Tatiana, Madison, Dominique... I can't say anything negative about it! Their professionalism and good up beat attitudes is a rare commodity where I come from. Once again, very happy people. The beer was great. Lots of stouts. Lots of products available for purchase. Shandy's , blonde ales, cask aged beers, kegs... International award winning beers! Great food. Man... I'd write on forever, but I don't think you'd read on, so I'll keep it brief.Fred, you have a banging brew-pub there. Your staff's engagement and attitude is a direct reflection on your leadership. My only regret? Not getting to chat with you more. I'm starting my all grain brewing and really could have used some pointers, to get a rock solid foundation going. That said, we will be back. Most likely in the summer for Shandy days! We will bring our wives. Haha!We love you guys! We hope you enjoyed our coming over as much as we enjoyed going over.I'll be calling soon. I need specs on using the keg I bought (psi and temp) to serve that to my friends in true Hoppin' Frog style.Peace from up north. :)

I am disabled. All tables inside are high tops which I cannot do. They sat us outback on the patio. Granted it was enclosed but we were the only ones out there and being December wasn't exactly the best atmosphere. Kinda felt unwelcome.

Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to finish our tour and have lunch... was packed full! Had a flight, some really creative beer flavors and styles to select from. The food menu is always changing with real unique options.

If you like dark beer, this is the place to go. Excellent beer, great food, and very friendly staff. Owner is really kind as well. Easily top 3 breweries in the Akron area.

4 of us sampled the beer, and had a lite snack I liked the tables and the server was attentive and checked all was as we expected. The 2 couple had reviewed this and were visiting from SF He said they will be returning when back in Ohio.

Very good food. Even the chip dip (which was a little pricey at $2 for a 2oz cup) and great specialty beers. Service was as friendly as it gets

Large selection of beers to chose from ranging from shandys to porters. We had flights and pear hazelnut shandy and the 3 pepper stout were our favorite! Both unique like the majority of their beers! Food also did not disappoint the filet of sirloin was cooked perfect and the catch h if the day was also very tasty !

The cake stout was amazing the first few times I tried it but now it doesn't taste as good not the dessert flavor I love it seems they changed something about it not as good. It was my most favorite of all time until now.
