The food was awful. Every place is worth trying one time and they got their first and last try with me. All 5 members of my family including myself all said this was horrible. We decided to try this place since our regular restaurant Super China in Barberton changed ownership and we don't know if the food or methods will be the same we decided we need a back up Chinese restaurant just incase Super China's new management don't keep things as good as they was. This is not a back up restaurant as a matter in fact 5 out of 5 in my house voted it tasteless and horrible. It's mostly all vegetables, hardly any meat, the vegetables are giant chunks, nothing diced or cut small but huge giant chunks of vegetables, sauce in the dish didn't have a taste, the rice was old and hard on the corners there must have been only about 5 stale peanuts on my Kung pao. The portions was a decent amount but what good does it do when you can only eat half before you can't take it anymore and throw it in the trash?.

We don’t order here often, but we will have to more often. I accidentally left my debit card here. Immediately after I left they called me and left a voicemail that I had left my card and to bring my ID so they could make sure. I came back immediately and they gave me my card. Food was amazing also, thank you so much for looking out for me!

Order here anytime I shop at the plaza. The food is good. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly. The steamed food is very good and the ginger sauce is awesome. I always order an extra cup!

Absolute garbage. I have eaten here many times over the years, and whatever I experienced was borderline dumpster food. I would rather wash my mouth out with peroxide than eat another bite of this. Rice - gross, no flavor, and undercooked. Egg roll - just wrong, smelled awful, and I am unsure if it was actually made with food!! And last but not least, the lo mein - just vile!!!!!!!I am completely astonished with the low quality - WHAT HAPPENED TO THIS PLACE!??!

It's a hit or miss. Ironically used to be amazing before they got shut down by the food department for violations. Since they've come back, just isn't as good. Orange chicken is the best thing on the menu, i wouldn't reccommend getting anything

WORST CHINESE FOOD I EVER ATE!!!!!I've Ate Chinese Food From All Over The World And Akron STAY AWAY!!!Takes like 2 hours to arrive the lady on the phone is rude they put way to much garlic in beef n broccoli I love garlic but way too much you couldn't taste the broccoli or m meat the rice was hard egg roll is soggy Egg drop soup may have as well been water same with Wonton soup every time I order from there they take forever I will walk instead of getting delivery in future to new ming way better 1 star if I could do 0 I will it's dreadful

The worst food I ever had. The sesame chicken was more batter than chicken. There was a strange after taste to the greasey otherwise bland food. Perhaps it was cooked with lard. I only tried it because my favorite place is closed on Tuesday. The food tasted old, even though I waited 35 minutes for it to be ready. I am not one to post a bad review, but I couldn’t believe what I saw when we got our dinner. We have ordered from this place a few times and really have never had any issues, but this did me in for good. I don’t know if this is a centipede or maggot. Definitely won’t be back. Took a lot of arguing and multiple phone calls back and forth to get a refund on my order. Owner said it was my fault it’s in the dish, and I could use her insurance if I was sick lol really disappointed. Did not even say they were sorry, just fought tooth an nail for a refund. Finally got it. Thanks Hunan King.

Worst I have ever had it's like they dumped the entire thing of garlic into my food the fried rice was blan the broccoli was hard in the beef and broccoli not cooked enough it was dreadful last time I ordered it was ok... This time eeww it was the worst Chinese I ever had the only plus they deliver I can pay with cash tho there delivery took over a hour when they said 30 min food arrived cold driver was a ditz 1 star isn't low enough dreadful I'll walk next time and get a different place very rude women on phone too
The absolute best crab rangoon in the whole Akron area! This place is delicious. I got their orange chicken combo with crab rangoon and it has me hooked. Best Chinese food in the whole Akron area!

picked up order 2:30 feb 26, took it 10 miles,opened it and all the 3 servings of egg foo yung was burned , 2 patties were inedible. Too far to take back, just wont go anymore. I am sure they would have fixed it, but it was too far from fairlawn to take it back.

We just ordered General Tso’s. I’m 100% sure it was BBQ sauce heated up. It tasted nothing like General Tso. Will never order from here again. Really gone down hill and super disappointed.

I order from Hunan King often. I get the same thing every time which is the sesame combo platter, fried dumplings and wonton soup. I decided to tonight and the meal was exceptionally delicious. It was so good I felt compelled to write a review. It seems they made some changes or maybe my taste buds was just really craving Hunan King. Everything was so flavorful, from the dumplings to the dumpling sauce, the fried rice…I was just really taken back how great everything was. Thanks Hunan King!

Hands down the worst food we've ever had. Mushy egg rolls, sweet & sour sauce was plain vinegar, over cooked chicken pieces, so hard they were impossible to bite. Unbelievably bad. One bite of everything, and straight to the trash.
