Beautiful fine dining in Crocker Park. Our family went for my son's birthday. The hostess is so warm and welcoming. We were seated at a beautiful booth and were treated like royalty. The servers and manager, John B. could not have been more accommodating. Our food ranged from delicious chicken tenders and fruit and fries for the girls, to steaks and salmon for the adult entrees. Our food was presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. The bacony brussel sprouts were delicious:) The girls enjoyed their chocolate sundaes and the birthday boy was served luscious chocolate cake for dessert. We left happy and full! If you're looking for a special occasion place to dine, this is it! I'm going to make up a special occasion just to have an excuse to go back:)

As steak places go, you can't really go wrong with a Hyde Park steakhouse. Steak is always good, service excellent, whisky top notch, and atmosphere worth enjoying. Hoping to revisit soon!

We had a client dinner here last night. We took one of the private rooms with a nice size television for our presentation. The set up is great. Service is top notch and the food is excellent. The servers were respectful of our purpose, they didn’t stand there or overwhelm us with questions. Appetizers were set in the room as the guests arrived. We started the program and they brought the main course and then the desert. I highly recommend it for anyone. It’s pricy but the rule is the same, you get what you pay for!

The service was just ok and so was the food. The steaks were good but the sides were only luke warm. We had to ask for refills on the drinks. I think that the sides are very pricey.

We always look forward to Dinner at Hyde Park! The drinks were excellent, the appetizers fantastic, and the pretzel rolls devine!! Had the lobster special, a huge tail, grilled perfectly with the wedge salad. The pecans in the salad are delicious, I could eat a bowl of them!! Can hardly wait to go back for Easter Dinner!

Had the unfortunate chance to dine at Hyde Park on Valentine's day in Fairlawn. Feel totally ripped off. I get that it's a chain but it used to be good in the 90's-2010ish. Now it's just a sad excuse for "fine dining". First off they sat us back in a room of the main dining hall. The difference in lighting was ridiculous. It was like eating in an overly bright office meeting room or the main stage of the Cleveland Auto Show. You think someone there would have noticed the ambient lighting difference. My wife started off with the French Onion Soup which looked like at one point in time was hot, bubbly and the cheese was melted. When she got it the soup it was luke warm and the cheese was block of congealed gum. She was very disappointed as was I. I got the Lobster tail which was cooked but tasted water logged if that even possible. My butter was not clarified and the wick wasn't even lit. Like they just threw a cube of ACME butter in a dish. The julienned vegetables were also bland and unappetizing. Our server was nice but inexperienced and made many mistakes. Hey, I don't mind dropping some cash for a great meal but this made us feel like we just lit $250 on fire. No way we are stepping into that place ever again.

Good food, poor service. Our waiter paid more attention to his larger group then to me and my husband. My steak was over cooked and by the time he came back to our table to ask how everything was, my husband was already done with his steak. Other then the steak being over cooked, the food was very good.

The atmosphere was perfect. I ordered Surf and Turf. My lobster was tail at the end closest to the tail was as cold as the refrigerator. I have never sent anything back before, but for the price of the dinner, I was sending it back. Instead of bringing me a new tail, she took my whole plate, so I couldn't continue eating my steak. When the manager delivered it, no steak knife and the new tail was still cold in the same place. I was full from the delicious Lobster Mashed Potatoes, so I didn't bother sending it back again and I also just chalked it up to being Valentine's Day and they were overwhelmed.

Out of 5 steaks 1 was cooked right. Food was sub par at best. I was very disappointed. I was told there would be a surf and turf special when I made reservations and the waitress said there wasn't. The baked potato was supposed to be at least 1 pound and shareable and it wasn't. The dinner rolls were clearly out of a bag and wasn't fresh. You can go to longhorn for a cheaper bad meal. This place is very overated.
