I love Ido but there is an issue with raising prices that are getting higher and higher yet the food quality changes. The short ribs were taken off the menu and in it's place they put Beef chuck roast for the same price as the short ribs but they are not the same quality. The chuck roast was extremely dry and chewy the last time I had it. The short ribs were always cooked to perfection and just fell apart. I had the lobster ravioli last night and the price on the menu in the restaurant went up I believe it was $39.99 and just a note the online menu still says $34.99 so those don't match. Even if they raised the price OK but two of us ordered it. There used to be a big piece of lobster tail across the ravioli along with the chunks of lobster and there was not anymore chucks than usual in the sauce but raising the price and reducing the lobster for me is going to be a no go moving forward. Another item where the online menu does not match the menu in the restaurant is the Friday Wheatly martini special in the restaurant it is no longer on the menu and online on the daily special menu it is still there. The service is always spot on unless they are overwhelmed with patrons and not enough servers but in those cases we are always patient as you can see everyone is working extremely hard. I want to keep going here I just hope the prices don't keep going beyond what is affordable and at least if you raise prices make sure the quality is the same. Also if you go to the hostess stand and stand there the one hostess just looks at you, leaves and wanders around. I usually have to say can we get on the list. If she has to leave to go do something else at least say I will be right back or if you are standing there say how many in your party and name don't just stand there and look at the person like you already helped them it is awkward.

Shame on the Ido! We've gone to the Ido for years but tonight we were refused service because my husband has a service dog. We were told they don't allow service animals. This ridiculous and shameful. Also it's illegal to deny entrance to a service animal. Hate to say goodbye to what my family considered a great local restaurant but the restaurant made a foolish decision that I can't stand behind!

RUDE!!! I called to inquire about some information and asked for the manager and whoever answered the phone was so rude, said no manager available and the owner doesn’t respond and hung up on me! Terrible representation of a business.

I have not been for awhile. My family and I love going to the Ido. Parents went there forever. The food prices are for sure gone up to high for this place (yes everyone knows prices have gone up, theirs are excessive). I always get the prime rib and scampi. The scampi was 6 pieces of maybe medium size shrimp thrown in butter sauce. Not scampi as they always had. The prime rib cold. The fried chicken was smashed white tenders. All of our checks were messed up but the server did fix and was very attentive. Sad but we probably will just sit in the bar and get burgers going forward.

Went here for dinner the other night for the first time. The place was packed, but the food was great! I had Dario Burger and it was delicious. Definitely worth a visit!
