We went in and was seated after about 10 minutes the sever took our orders. After about 5 minutes a couple was seated in a booth across from us. They ordered thier drinks as they were being seated. The sever was only one severing for the whole restaurant. He bought thier drinks back and took thier orders. About 5 minutes later we finally got our drinks which was coffee & chocolate milk. The other people that came in well after us got thier food and we were still waiting for ours. After about 5 minutes later we got our food, we'll most of it. They was missing the pancakes that was to be with my order after about 15 minutes and 3 to 4 time of asking for it I was finally given the pancakes at that time the people who came in after us was getting up to pay thier bill and left. Piss poor service!

There were 10-12 people wating to be seated in a dining room that was more then half empty. 4 people walked out . I spoke to a server and told him they already lost 4 guests and were ready to lose 2 more. He said that's alright it's everywhere. Have you every been to a gas station or doctors office? At that point we left and will NEVER go to ihop again. Very sad that was the attitude of the staff.

The waitress [a little White Lady with Blonde hair] had an attitude from beginning to end. She tried to skip over me in line for a table,she brought my beverage with no straw,she basically shoved my food to me. I asked her,"Is everything okay," she replied NO. I then told her I just wanted to eat and leave with no problems. When she took the receipt from me she snatched it. I'm a truck driver and planned on eating there every morning but not as long as she's there, Waffle House here I come. 😳

Garbage service!! Waited 30 minutes to get food that was cold and barley cooked. Waitress didn't greet us or even act interested in our business. Even forgot my pancakes. Had to wait another 10 minutes for them and they weren't what I ordered

We arrived and waited 5 minutes to even be acknowledged. The staff was sitting at a table speaking with some customers. There were other families behind us. One half of the restaurant was empty but we were informed we would have to wait why they cleared tables. The family be hind us left, we left and by the time we pulled out of the parking lot the last family had left as well. So all I can say is worst experience. I would not even waste my time stopping here!!
Toast had to be replaced, HARD! Wouldn't bring extra butter for pancakes. Didn't know coffee refills were NOT free. Never again!

We attempted to go here today 2/22/25. We walked in and there were 2 other sets of people behind us. We stood by the hostess stand for 5 minutes while one employee was sitting and talking to people. When they finally realized we were there they said let me clean off some tables, the other side of the restaurant was completely empty with clean tables. The family behind us left, we left, the other couple waited probably another few minutes and then walked out. I understand being short staffed and busy but there were only 4 tables filled in the restaurant that can seat 185 people. This location might as well close now.

I ordered to go in the afternoon so it wasn't busy at all. The server was more than helpful and sweet. She had such a pleasant attitude. Had 7 orders of pancakes. Didn't take long at all.

We ended up leaving, we waited over 10 minutes just to have our order taken, they're was one other person there. We are probably going to go to dennys, staff looked like they didn't care.
