I can’t speak to anything else but the service. We walked in and sat at the front waiting for someone to seat us. No one approached us till 5 mins later to clarify if we were dining in or taking out. We specified we’d be dining in. We were the only people waiting at first. They were not busy. Another family walked in and was sat almost immediately before us. Needless to say, we walked out and won’t be doing at this location. It was not very welcoming for us and our experience.

Absolutely Awful Experience – Never Coming Back
Our recent visit to IHOP was one of the worst dining experiences we've had in a long time. From the moment we walked in, it was clear the staff was overwhelmed and unorganized. We stood at the host station for five minutes without being acknowledged—completely ignored despite employees walking by.
When we were finally seated, our waitress, who mentioned it was only her second day, was clearly untrained and overwhelmed. While we understand everyone has to start somewhere, it was frustrating and unfair to her that no one was helping her. Service was painfully slow, and basic tasks like taking orders were beyond what she had been trained to do.
To make matters worse, the air conditioning seemed nonexistent—it was unbearably hot inside. One of the kids in our group got nauseated from the heat, and another ended up crying because the milkshake she ordered couldn’t be processed. It was heartbreaking and frustrating.
We received one wrong drink—which contained sugar—despite asking for unsweetened tea. Sugar is not allowed due to a medical condition. That could have been a serious health issue.
After asking for the check (and the shake again), we waited… and no one ever brought it. We finally left without paying for two correct drinks and the one wrong one—not because we wanted to skip out on the bill, but because no one ever came back to our table to even acknowledge us or bring the check.
To top it all off, one of the other servers was incredibly rude as we were leaving—no apology, no effort to make it right, just attitude. The restaurant wasn't even busy.
This visit was a disaster from start to finish. IHOP needs to better train and support their staff and ensure the environment is safe and comfortable for all guests. We will not be returning.

Worst service ever!!! Sat there for 15 minutes wasn't acknowledged no drinks nothing. Not even busy ( I see why) family came in after us got a drinks right away. So we left and encourage anyone no to go there
