It's pretty much like every other restaurant of it's kind. Food was good and service was really great!
Food was alright. Service was ok. I ordered the fisherman's platter with mashed potatoes, since they were out of broccoli. The fish and shrimp were cooked well. The potatoes left a lot to be desired. I would not order those again. Also the booths are super close to the table and there's no way to adjust for more space.

I remember years ago when this used to be a great place to go with family members but now it’s just horrible, service is even worst and the menu is all sticky. The server was complaining the whole time and even got upset when we told her we were missing part of our order and on top of that she took our order wrong and then when we said that it was wrong the server got an attitude and said that just because we accepted the plate then they would be charging us for any extra food items . I tried to be patience and assumed that maybe she was having a bad day but that doesn’t justify her attitude. We also waited 15 minutes to be seated when there was literally nobody there so they can’t say they were busy serving other people because the place was empty but I understand now why .

Iam 65 years old and have never complained about any service we go out to eat about every day so this is a first for me but service really sucked got coffee before they took our order like supposed to food came out she took it to wrong table the people at that. table had to flag her down got food finally coffee cup empty said be right back never did come back after eating could get bill now I would understand if they were busy but it was about 3:00 pm when we got there 2 waitresses and only 3 tables had customers if this is the kind of service this place hires I feel sorry for her customers the people in the booth next to us sat there about 25 minutes for her to take there order was talking about walking out like I said this a first for me sorry it was so long but tryed to detail the situation there on 11/15/25 if you go there hope you get better service

I made a to go order and found a ring in my food, and then there seemed to be what were left over bones in my other order. That just seems like deliberate messing with food. I tipped the waitress and was polite so im not sure what this was all about. Maybe i had the wrong complexion. Obviously im never coming back.
Even the link to reach out doesn't work. Cant select the date of visit. I guess that sums up my visit. Poor training, poor service, poor ethics. This is theft I should be getting my money back.

We went into IHop at 12:45 today and there were hardly any cars in the parking lot. We were waiting along with 2 people. There were 2 employees talking and they did see us. We sat there for about 4 minutes and were never greeted. Not even with a hello, we will be right with you. Nothing. We left and went to Bob Evans. We were greeted upon entering.
In the past 6 months I have been there two times. We were greeted and served by Miesha. Both times she was very friendly and personable. She seemed to be the only server working. The music was very loud and I asked if she could turn it down. We chose IHOP because of the generally quiet atmosphere. The food was pretty good. Will go back again.

Good music but too loud. Server only had my daughter and I as a table, acted like she was swamped. Hash browns over done, burnt in most places. Sausage barely warm. Crepes looked like pasta noodles and not done.

I haven’t been here in a while because the service was so terrible. They now have a new manager and I was sat quickly, the staff is very respectful and attentive. Everything went very smoothly. I’m happy I gave it another try!!
However, the have a new turkey bacon that isn’t as good as it used to be. That’s my only complaint.
