Two nights before Christmas I ordered delivery for my kids to tell them Santa was dropping them off for them! Because of the distance a DoorDash driver picked the up instead and they were never delivered… BUT I called the next day to make sure I was getting a refund and they had already refunded me at that point THEN the manager (for the life of me I cannot remember her name anymore 😩) in charge that day said that I could come pick the order that it would be given to me with no charge for the In conscience and the magic of the holiday Christmas Eve!!!! I was in tears because my kids were wondering why Santa would not show up for them, and I was able to have him show up but just a little late ❤️ THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. Thank you to the manager woman working that day and thank you to the young man who got my order ready for me! Rate 20/10

The young man working the register on Saturday around 6:45 p.m. was rude. We walked up to the counter, made eye contact, and he just gave a passive-aggressive smile instead of greeting us. We greeted him three times before he said anything. This is the second time we have dealt with him, and his attitude was the same both times. This is not just poor customer service, it is a lack of basic courtesy. This needs to be addressed. Purchasing delicious, warm cookies should be an enjoyable experience.

It’s like they just make up what they wanna give you on the spot. I order off uber eats and 3 out of my 6 cookies are correct, the rest are random. Never ordered a vegan cookie but got that instead of what I ordered, and the milk is missing. Then you can’t take the tip back after the fact. Give me my tip back if you can’t do your jobs
