Very rude representative, called me about an order I made, didn’t know much about the cookie count and got mad at me and she works there very rude. I know it’s Akron but at least you could think she could do simple Math and learn how to Read. Akron school system do better.

Erica served me today with pleasure, huge smile on her face glad to be doing her job. She was very passionate & respectful we chatted up for a little. My favorite spot to go to when I have a sweet tooth! As well as places to look around with amazing views.

Insomnia Cookies was a great place to stop for a sweet treat when you need one! The cookies we got were good and I love the take out container you get, with how it resembles a pizza box! The one thing I can say is some cookies should be heated up, any cookie with caramel, otherwise it’s a bit rough to eat. The filled cookies are a little overrated in my opinion. The people are great, the food is great, I’ll definitely be back!
