Our food came in a good time frame today which was nice and it's very fresh. But I swear every time we order from this location there is never oil/vinegar on my sandwich. Even when I have ordered extra. At any other location you can see it on the paper but with this one, there's not a drop anywhere on the sandwich. I thought it was just forgotten once or twice but it's been numerous times. Disappointing as that's my favorite condiment they offer and this is the location closest to my work.

New to the city. Walked in with my toddler who was craving pizza and we couldnt find a pizzeria around that was open to simply ask if they knew of a place. Was greeted was the rudest employee ever. Asked her if she knew a pizza place around. She then rolled her eyes at me and responded no with uncalled for agression. When I asked her why she was being weird, she said she doesn't know, turned to an employee telling him that I was asking about a pizza parlor and laughing about it.

I have not tried this establishment yet but safe to say I won't be going back in there.

5 star experience 👍🏽 I Ordered Jimmy John’s for my birthday tonight , Forgot my pickle but it was no big deal🙂 They were super helpful and friendly, and went above and beyond to get that to me. Thankyou Jimmy John’s , I will definetly be ordering more

Tried to order my remake sandwich the lady got smart and acted like she couldn’t do anything for me. I originally ordered the Italian night club with no onions or tomatoes but they were both on there. For my remake I only want turkey on my sandwich and no pork. Simple request right? Customer service you are suppose to be serving your customers not arguing. Contacted corporate spoke with Ryan Peters and said he was going to submit it and the store manager was going to contact me. They never did it’s now been almost 2 months on the 1st. I wouldn’t order here again the customer service experience is terrible.

Placed my order at 11:08am. Called to check the status at Noon and was told the driver was on my street making deliveries, so should be delivered soon. It’s now 12:28pm and still don’t have my order. Called again and requested a manager. The girl that I spoke with said they are in their lunch rush and are short staffed but I should get my food soon, and she didn’t know what else to tell me. I’m sure they weren’t in their lunch rush at 11 am when I ordered and if the driver was on the street my office is located on at Noon then why do I still not have my order at 12:30????

This store is poorly staffed and obviously poorly trained in efficiency and customer care. Won’t be ordering from them again.
