Rudest staff I have ever experienced. If you have a limited time for lunch, do not order from this location. They will not deliver on time and they will not refund your order if you wish to cancel due your lunch time is almost over and they have not delivered the order. Their response is not even an apology, but to say “ well at least you will have something to snack on , on your way home.”
This was my second time ordering from this location and is the absolute last.
I ordered sandwiches from Sam’s Club a week before I needed them for a funeral. I expected approximately 50 people. The day before the event, I stopped into Sam’s Club to confirm my order. At first, they couldn’t find the order. Then, after finding it, informed me that they had a staff shortage and couldn’t fulfill my full order. And the only reason they could fill it partially was because they were making those sandwiches anyway to go out in the refrigerator section....read full review
Terrible experience. First time I ordered! I ordered the 2 16 inch Italian subs, one w/out mayo no tomato’s no onions. Got home after traveling half hour, opened the subs and of course everything I said to do was not done. So needless to say I was out 36.00, we had to get Wendy’s and throw them in the trash. 😡 I wasn’t about to drive another half hour. Check your order before leaving.
