For starters SOME of the staff are kind of rude... The first time I ordered I ordered a larger order everything was done when I got there. When I just ordered chicken wings and egg roll I went there after the 20 minutes. It wasn't done, And she was just starting to bag the chicken picking through it giving the smallest pieces. This has happened twice. & the weird thing is; I don't even like big wings. I prefer the medium /smaller pieces, It was just an observation. Because I literally watched her bag them, picking over which one she wanted to put in a bag smh... But the do have pretty good food. Loved the shrimp egg rolls & the chicken 🤷🏽♀️

Ordered some wings and they were super small, I ordered plenty of times from here and they never gave me small wings like they did today before they were always a good size but not today I can't believe they gave me little baby wings they just lost a customer

It was a leaf in my food and I called and they didn’t understand me and I asked to speak to sombody els she said there’s nobody working but when I went up there it was a whole work crew but as I’m digging through my food I see more leafs like 6 more and I can’t get refun what a life man just wanted to eat out and get the taste

As they advertise, the BEST egg rolls in Akron.. well yep, the Best egg rolls in probably Summit county and surrounding. The General Tsos chicken was cooked properly and very flavorful.. a must try for everyone!

Best Chinese in town! I've tried other places hands down 🫳🏻they are the best! The food is always fresh and hot. And their prices are good. Chicken egg foo young, moo goo gai pan, chicken fried rice with both. For $20 you can't beat it.

So if you want uncooked dumplings,burnt fried mushrooms or any messed up food that could possibly make you sick 🤢 order from ju yuan kitchen give your money to a business that fails time and time again and constantly messes up the food then. But I will no longer I literally havent ordered from them for about 3 years and now I remember why they messed up then too and I spent almost $70. Stop supporting these businesses dont spend your money a chance like you are gambling with your money and health that would just not be to smart.

Ordered food for delivery…. Waited 20 mins past delivery due time…. Received a call part of my order was forgotten…. 1.5 hours later food arrived… I STILL TIPPED…. Food was cold and hard and THE CAN OF SODA Was MISSING…. I still have the receipt in my pocket and at some point when I’m in the area I would like to receive my $1.50 can of pop that I was charged for but the delivery guy was nice….
