The food was exactly what I expected which I think is the best thing you can say about any fast food franchise. My first app purchase and that worked well except they wouldn't let me update my credit card. Staff seemed friendly and efficient. I went to this one because it was on my way. Not as many restaurants as in the past so not always easy to find. Sometimes you Just get a taste for the Col.

It would have been nice to be greeted with a smile. Also. I had ordered the 8 piece bucket with the mashed potatoes and gravy, I asked for the gravy on the side. I was told “we always put gravy in a separate container when it’s a large side.” Well, it would have been nice to get the container of gravy. It’s a shame that people look miserable at their job. It’s a shame that people don’t really care about their job. Smiles are free. Saying “hi, may I help you”. “Have a nice day”.

Terrible. Just terrible. Missing items, the chicken was super soggy and tasted like it sat for a long time. Even parts that you would think are crispy, like the edges, were just wet and soggy. You would think for $60 I would, at bare minimum, get the food I paid for. I think what bothers me more than anything is that I could have gone with other, cheaper options but I went with KFC because I figured quality wise I'd get what I paid for. Also, it's super complicated to even report missing items on their website and no one answered the phone. Sad. I've been a GM for a long time for restaurants, no way you can tell me that chicken didn't sit for ATLEAST 30 minutes before it was even ordered. I honestly don't think we will be back. With how much everything is inflated, I'd rather actually get the food I ordered and a decent quality. Also, the Mac and cheese had a weird fish taste? I dint even think they serve fish. Weird.

We ordered our food and picked it up, so can't really speak to the service or the atmosphere, but seriously... The tenders shrunk! When did their tenders get so small. The nuggets were not crispy at all and our fries were soggy. We got the 6 tender, 12 nugget family meal. The biscuits were also extremely salty for some reason. My husband, who was craving tenders, said he will be okay with not getting KFC again for a very long time and I agree.

Unacceptable how long a doordasher has to wait to pick up an order i get it no I’m not the paying cutstomer but the person im picking up for is to wait for an order for 20 mins is just not right ever

45 minutes and we are still waiting on our food… we ordered online or I would of left 40 minutes ago… sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, went inside and no one is even at the counter but 2 employees outside. Horrible.

Hey KFC Dont advertise you newest dipping sauces if your employees are to lazy to put them in the bag. I ordered 4 strip meals delivered that should have came with 8 dips that I chose but I only got 3..food was good though even though.

If you don't take every item out of the bag and visually inspect it, they will stiff you 100%. I promise you I will never visit another KFC. Billion dollar company scamming their customers btw

This KFC location was on point. The wonderful lady (managment), really knew how to run her shift. I didn't get her name. She was dark skinned, medium build. Maybe in her 30's. Her crew was up to standards. No one was just standing around. I've never seen a shift in fast food look so clean, organized, and running smooth. Everyone was friendly. Each staff person on duty was making eye contact with customers. I had been waiting for 5 minutes and 2 staff members asked me if i needed anything while i was waiting. I hadn't visited a KFC in YEARS due to a bad experience in Streetsburo. Because of this single experience, I am a repeat customer of this KFC location.

We were traveling and needed a meal. It was the 2 piece extra crispy chicken with mashed potatoes and gravy, a biscuit, and a beverage. Very tasty and traveled well.

Do not do a mobile pick up at this location if you cannot go inside to grab it! Did a mobile order waited in line for over 20 minutes to pick it up. When you request for them to give you new items, cause your things have been sitting for so long you met with attitude. They forgot to put items inside the bag and you can’t get inside and if you wanna go back through the line, you have to wait another 20 minutes because the line is back again wrapped around the building. I didn’t realize people loved KFC this much. Haven’t had it in over a year. Thought it would be nice but the experience definitely ruined me.
