Grabbed some dinner at KFC. Used some coupons as this would have cost way too much without them. Food tasted fine, nothing amazing. The mashed potatoes were the best part of the meal. The workers were all very nice and the order was exactly as ordered.

Picked up a door dash order from here and the person working the front just shoved the order off to me acting rude as hell, no excuse for behavior like that while I’m just doing my job, thanks for ruining my day
Service is absolute trash they let you get all the way to the window pay for your order and then tell you they are out of items that you orderI not sure what’s going on with this place but it really sucks lately

This is by far the worst KFC out there. It went inside, stood at the front cash register for over 15 minutes waiting for someone to wait on me as 3 people walked by and looked at me but ignored me as they went about their business doing other things. There were 8 people working and not 1 could wait on the customers at the front register. They were only worried about the drive thru and the numerous orders for door dash that walked in, cut in front of me and was handed their food right away while I waited! The worst service EVER and this is NOT THE FIRST TIME this has happened, i will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. It's not worth it.

I got food for friend and ordered a pot pie for me at 2840 E Waterloo rd in akron the pot pie was really dry on inside no cream from chicken in it inside was so dry tiny piece of carrot an one pea an dry chicken in it an crust was over cooked could not even eat it was nasty
