This is the third time items were missing from my order. I do not live close enough to turn around so they just made an extra $5 bucks off this visit. There was no manager present. Very disorganized. Disappointing.
We showed up unannounced at 9pm last night with a bus of 25 students after Taco Bell told us we could come and then closed right when we arrived. They were extremely polite and did a great job filling 25 orders quickly and correctly. I feel like this kind of service is rare and it was a great experience. I wish I got the names of the people working because they did a great job. Highly recommended.

The kfc on Waterloo is without a doubt the worst in summit county , they consistently mess up orders and give you poor/cold food . Having tried many kfcs around and being one of my favorite restaurants I can say this is one specific store to avoid. Food is great , service is completely trash.
