10/19/24. So I show up at 9:43 to pickup my online order that i know was ready, and all the doors are locked! Girl mopping just stares at me as im trying to get in. (Tried both sides because sometimes businesses limit exits late night.) . The Sign on the door clearly says dining room closes at 10:00pm but i cant walk in and grab my order (that i see sitting on the online shelf) at 9:43. So now i have to sit in the drive thru for 30 min while my food sits on a shelf and gets cold (it was very cold) because they just lock the doors whenever they want. My family and were so excited last time we ate here and talked about getting it once a week, but after this i will never go again. Ridiculous!

Went to this location today and received the worst service ever! They got my order wrong 3 times and got an attitude with me. I ordered and paid on kiosk then the worker asked me to pay for my order. I said I already paid on the kiosk how come you don’t see that. The receipt was text to my phone. Then another worker threw my food on the counter at me because she was mad they got my order wrong 3 times! No apology or anything! I will never go there again! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!

I decided to try out a new KFC and they didn't disappoint. They moved a long line pretty fast and the food was very hot, as it should be. I tipped 6 workers for an awesome job. And the reason I tipped them was the great atmosphere I felt from them. I will be going back.
I ordered two honey mustard’s,They were even on the receipt and I never even got them!!…the nuggets and everything else was ok tho.
