My girlfriend and I went through the drive not to long ago we got home realized that they didn’t give us everything we ordered so my girlfriend and I went back there and she went inside to go get our food that was missing and one of the workers said to another that my girlfriend probably ate and just wants more food because she ordered mashed potatoes we forgot

Worst kfc they don’t even understand how to have a functional entrance or exit, you turn in on the road that is the safest possible entrance only to find out they blocked the entrance from that side and the only way in is to try and go back across all 4 lanes on a hill to try and go back once again across all 4 lanes to enter the side area, complete incompetence would not trust the food

This KFC is built completely crazy, just getting in and out is way more of a nightmare than it should be. They have screwed up my order every single time that I have made the mistake of coming here. The food is never great, especially compared to their prices. This last visit, I got some of the worst food that I have gotten at KFC in years. The app said 20 to 30 minutes, but I got there in 10 to 15 and my food was ready. All of our food was ice cold, rubbery, and looked like it had been sitting around for hours. The breading on the chicken was rock hard and weirdly chewy. Nothing really looked right, and it definitely didn't taste right. I'm just happy it didn't make me or my family sick. Most of our order was wrong, which is not unusual for this location. The last time I ordered from here the food wasn't ready, and they couldn't find the order in the system even though it was in the app. It seems like there's either no management or really poor management, and the regular employees are just left to run the store. The fries had gravy on them, and you could tell that they been sitting in that gravy long before I placed my order.

Live near and they are a great location. I only had one wrong order out of 25+, and they went above and beyond to fix it. The manager with black hair is completely professional and handled it more than could have been expected. If there were 6 stars I would give it. 💯

It is all I have come to expect from Kentucky fried Chicken exclamation. This is a new location in 2025 so the dining room is brand new. The servers and servers are very good and The food here is consistently Great! The automobile entrance is a little weird and exit is to the South only.
