I love this location. I live nearby so I stop in often, Alyssa is extremely helpful and polite and seems to be a hard worker along with the rest of the staff. The food was hot and delicious , my order was completed in a timely manner, & I love the cleanliness of the place. Great location with great food and great people. Highly recommended.

I doordashed a 24$ meal that was a 6 piece chicken with 4 sides and 4 biscuits. Meal came with no sides and they gave me $6 in credits for the missing sides when each of them cost over $3 for a single side. Doordash is trash, and whoever packaged the order at this restaurant clearly cant read.

I'm not sure why every single time I come here I ask for no gravy on my mashed potatoes and every single time it's an impossible request that I need to go back and have fixed. They have literally never given me no gravy on the first try, ever.

I went here and got a 10 pieces for $20. The majority of the chicken was salty and warm and that’s why I gave it the stars I gave it. but other than that, it could’ve been better. I gave it for stores because KFC has been around for a long time and they do have good chicken and I had original. Thank you.

I went right after they opened this location. The chicken was not cooked right. Did not eat it. It was dripping with grease. I hope it has improved. But I go the extra mile to get my kfc in Cuyahoga Falls.

This place is horrible . I ordered the classic chicken sandwich nuggets box meal with the app .They said they didn’t have a sandwich for Pattie so instead of chicken sandwich can you get two pieces of fries chicken and I said yes and when they gave me a food the food was cold and they didn’t give me a drink so I said where’s the drink and they said what drink do you order ? What do they do when we order from app and they can’t read or what! Never go back to that place.
