My wife and I visit this location about once a week! We love the food and service so much! One issue. The woman in a ball cap with earphones on who busses tables SLAMS the dishes and silverware every.single.time. It's beyond rude and she does it every time we've been. It's unbelievable and made me leave 3 instead of 5 stars.

Food is amazing! All you can eat for under $20. You can't beat that. Only issue is how long it takes. 45 minutes from sit down to serve for a table of 6. That makes it difficult for someone with an hour lunch.

Good Boba tea we get it to go though due to our daughter being autistic. They charge a fine for not finishing food which they do warn you about thankfully. We have loved to eat here but she has Sensory processing disorder and food textures are difficult for her. So it's not a good atmosphere for her with her disabilities.

Okay, my bf and I went to this place, the hotpot he chose was not so good, soup was weak. The sushi was great and if you go here it's what we recommend. On seeing the Korean BBQ upgrade, we go for it as he didn't like the soup. The meat is not marinaded, there was no salt on the table, so while yes, it's nice to have the meat, there's really no flavor to savor. The staff was attentive. BBQ upgrades have to be purchased by entire table. There is a stipulation that anything ordered that isn't eaten, must be paid for by the pound. In total for 2 with a BBQ upgrade it cost $91. I wouldn't recommend for anything but the all you can eat sushi.

The broth was really bland as if it were watered down chicken base. We ordered hot pot and were asked to mark down what broth we wanted and was only brought one with the expectation to share one pot for 2 different people meals and was up charged for the second bowl. The server was very inexperienced and wasn’t very helpful with the whole hotpot experience… the sushi was good. The tea was also good with a nice blend of oolong and raspberry… other than that I wouldn’t recommend to my friends and family

I've always enjoyed Kintaro, no matter the location. The all you can eat sushi is a fantastic deal as you always feel like you get the better price if you eat the deluxe rolls or nigiri. However, I do not enjoy their hot pot very much, and have yet to try their new K-BBQ. Definitely recommend the sushi with a large group to share with!

So this was our first, and probably our last time going here. Red flags from the start. First we were sat at a dirty table, the next table wasnt much better. Host said nothing and walked away without any instruction or info,( instructions were needed for how to order at this place!) all that was there was a small cup with flowers sticking out and a drink menu. We sat there and waited for around 15 min for someone to come. ( waitress was the only good experience at this place) waitress came and was pleasant. Got our drink orders and gave us 2 sheets of paper with menu items on them. More time passes and the papers had some instructions, but not how the ordering process for all you can eat works. Waitress returns and gives us our drinks, and we explains how it works. You check the boxes of what you want, then someone comes and takes your sheet and prepares the food. ( The cup of flowers on the table were pens). They then also explained that if you dont finish your food you ordered that there will be a extra charge! Up too $11. So be careful ordering anything new because if you dont like it and dont finish it, you are charged again for it. Also there is a 2 hour limit. Didnt seem like a big deal at all, until we realized we were doing alot of waiting! First plate of food arrived at our table 40 min after being sat. Hubby can eat! So once we got our food he ordered his second plate asap. Food was subpar at best. Crab rangoon were void of any filling. Sushi was no better then grocery store premade. 1.5 hours from the time we sat and he was full. He had a few left over pieces of sushi (were not that great tasting!) he tried to finish but just couldn't. So yep we were charged for them even tho we had already paid for our meals, and drinks. $18 a person for all you can eat, drinks not included, tip, and extra charge for left over sushi we already paid for= $80+
Theres an all you can eat place in north Canton that for $40. We get the same stuff, faster, and no extra charge! It was an experience, but not one we will likely do again.
Plus Hubby is now vomiting this morning. So definitely not on our list of places to return too.

Hot pot and Korean BBQ were fun! Wish we had a little help with the process of it but we figures it out on our own.

Reception and cashiers are ok . But waitress was so slow and acting more like a robot than a human. I have to ask multiple times for a simple thing to get it : as a fork !!!!

I’ve never eaten here. But they called me in for an interview and then when i showed up they said welp, sorry but the person who’s supposed to do your interview isn’t here. then i was hired on the spot. Just an unprofessional hiring process. they didn’t ask me about myself at all, what if i have violent tendencies? lol.

We've eaten here many times in the 2 years since we moved to NE Ohio. The food is good. The service has been good 95% of the time. The restaurant is freezing cold and has a "wet floor" due to a problem they refuse to fix. I have witnessed guests and employees slide and almost fall while walking toward the sauce bar. The East side of the seating area is so cold that you need a coat. The real problem here is management. There are several people who really care, but the manager is indifferent. The owner of this establishment needs to address the issues in Fairlawn as carefully as he is opening a new one in Beachwood. It is my opinion that the Fairlawn location of Kintaro may be gone soon. Dead plaza, mechanical AC and humidity issues that lead to safety hazards. To the owner: WAKE UP!

Waiter was very slow with drinks, food and check on a slow night. Even if the wait staff was 5 star worthy, food was lacking quality compared to other Kintaro in the area. Dressing on the salad was thick and weird tasting. Husband had the hot pot which was "just ok" when compared to other hot pot cuisine. My hibachi was again just middle tier, not the quality compared to other Kintaros we dined at.
