Their food has been absolutely great for 30 years or longer. I've been a life long customer. Since the original owner left, some of the food isn't that good, changed recipes or ingredients, prices went up but they are NOT OPEN A LOT. IDK what's going on. Be open or just shut down. Can't even get a recording saying why they are closed. ?

Loved, Loved, Loved Kip's Pizza we ordered the med deluxe. It was very flavorful. The service was totally enjoyable. We aren't from Akron and took a chance and we would highly recommend it.

Changing menu items or toppings without advising customer and then be extremely rude when contacting them regarding the issue. Offered to come take the pizza but it was one person that couldn’t eat the food. Just very condescending and rude! Owner Ryan says he will take care of you while treating you horribly! I’d rather not return than be treated so badly for their mistake! Very expensive also! Not worth the money!
This is one place that makes the BEST fried chicken! Their prices are also cheaper than most in town by several dollars to!

And to help support small business owners. Kips pizza has been on Brown st. For as long as I can remember. I bet I've drove past it a thousand times. After reading reviews I chose Kips pizza. Someone had wrote that " It was a hidden gemstone in firestone park!" Well, I have to agree! Its my new favorite pizza shop!

My husband and I had our first experience with Kip's pizza tonight. The meat lover's pizza was AMAZING!! Cooked to perfection! Not greasy, fantastic presentation. The sauce was delicious. We will definitely be returning!! Thanks Kip's for providing us with an excellent dinner!!

Phone order went well, professional, courteous, friendly delivery driver. The only problem was that the pizza didn't really have much flavor to it and was kind of bland? I am not a big fan of spicy but there was no spice, no taste, nada. The toppings were nice and fresh which is good, but i'm wondering where my tastebuds wandered off to. This was my first time ordering. I'll probably order again in 2 or 3 weeks and update this review with a yay or nay.
