I understand now that you only make cinnamon buns on Sundays and that it’s, first come, first serve. I don’t think that very fair of you. Some of us attend church on Sundays and are unable to get there early Sunday! Cinnamon buns are my family’s favorite and I’m very disappointed that we are unable to purchase them! Maybe you should rethink the way you do business with the cinnamon buns! Thank you and have a very blessed day!

Doughnuts are great as always but the customer service is -100/10. Anytime I go, I don't get greeted, just stared at until I ask if I can order. I got a dozen and asked how many I already have in the box. She slowly holds up a five on her hand. Communication is terrible and rubs me the wrong way anytime I go in. She was extremely unengaged and acted like she hated her job. Working in customer service myself, sometimes you have to fake a smile when you're having a bad day. No smiles from these employees, minimal communication and huge attitudes. Highly suggest improvement on customer service. Very disappointed.

Amazing donuts, the best. However if you're ordering inside the entrance and exit are like the same lane with no markings, and it's only big enough to fit one car. So I was trying to take a left out and this dude was trying to turn in so he was yelling at me then blocked me in by pulling further up so I had to just turn right so that was neat.
Then I was ordering inside and I was looking at the donuts and the girl was shooting me death stares like sorry I didn't know I should have the whole menu memorized by heart. But I only took maybe 30seconds and she didn't say a word to me after that so that was epic as hell.
But I'm absolutely going to keep getting these donuts it's worth it
My gram used to work there, she ended up retiring about 79-80? Her name was "Wilma Honker". She was awsome. She finally left us about 7yrs ago. She barely ever complained always was told she was loved by everyone there. Bunch of the current employees at the time showed up at the funeral. She made an awesome impact. My mom and I was there this passed week ol memories got some hot right out of the oven doughnuts omg so moist. Had a bunch of cute girls working that day who had their smiles on an everything. Love that place, an tell everyone thanks an keep up the hard work it's worth it

I am glad this place has not changed much since I last visited over 20 years ago. This has to be one of Akron's best known landmarks and it is not hard to see why. The donuts were fresh and the whole place welcomes you with such a smell that can be best described as ICONIC. If you are in Akron and want doughnuts, this is the place you must come to!
Parking: Parking is a little limited but its not terrible. Perfect for smaller vehicles.
