Forever out of donuts EVERY DAY. Don't expect to get any SPECIALS staff stand around all day making more and more donuts people aren't ordering tell their sold out with 6 to 7 hours to go of the shift. Nice looking building thats it

Lady taking our order was extremely rude, literally coming in I immediately said “hi” twice and she just stared at us. Had a whole headset and AirPods in. We had questions since it was our first time in Krispy Kreme and she did not want to tell us about any information of what size boxes they had available. I woke customer service so I know how it should be done and she was just straight up rude and mean. We asked for the cinnamon glazed donuts that was right infront of us and she said she didn’t have any and did not hand us any and immediately told us how much we should pay without even giving us our donuts yet and didn’t say thank you or a goodbye after payment. Overall, a horrible experience, that made us lose our appetite and would never come back.

I’ve been there 2 times so far. Both times the workers/owner were super nice and pleasant. The donuts were amazing and filled very well. I will continue to go there any time I want a Krispy Kreme donut. Even though it’s an hour drive for me, It’s worth it to go to this location.

Just as the person before complained about 19 hours ago. The new girls are terrible. They are not honoring online discounts or they are just pocketing the money. I’m not sure what game they are playing. The order was wrong and they over charged me. The doughnuts are not fresh and they do not pick up their phone on local level or corporate. KK turned trash over night 🙄

They need to get new people that can work at that place and not be a ass to us customers that pay for what we want I did a online order and got 2 small cold coffees and so gross they were watered down coffee that's completely gross 🤢 they got so much stuff unavailable on the page to order from just like I was there and they were not making cinnamon rolls like why that's stupid and it was early in the morning . They just need to get people that want to do their job and not have a attitude when you ask a question or get smart and a new manger cause the manger is not any better plus the price of the donuts are overpriced when you can go to Dunkin donuts and get better tasting donuts and get a lot for a good price
