I just ordered a pizza and bread sticks for my kids dinner, went to pick it up and took 10 minutes to get order that was ready. they stated they were shirt staffed, which is understandable. But they shld put a sign on the door telling people to go thru Drive thru.
worse part is this location is serving RAW food and will not give a refund. The bread sticks were RAW but they refuse a refund. I don't want another order when my kids already ate the pizza, get real.

I am so upset with the service I received.
I ordered online because I had to be at work.
I get in line and the line is long, but since I know they can’t control the line I waited.
I finally get to the window and get my order.
I drive off because I am in a rush to get to work on time so no I did not look at the pizza.
Once I get to work I open up the pizza and realize they are brunt.
