This used to be my go to place but what the hell happen here. Can't even update the tracker on a food order so I sat there for more time then I needed to how the hell are you going to send out deep dish not crispy worse order I've gotten and the customer service was trash.

There was a older white male that was very sassy when I demanded a refund. He said this was his store and I don't like it! Hit the highway smh !!! I will NEVER BUY PIZZA FROM THAT LOCATION AGAIN IF ANYONE IS READING THIS GO IN WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR A PIZZA AND GET TREATED LIKE YOUR MONEY ISNT GOOD ENOUGH . You will be ignored and served burnt food and if you complain it doesn't matter because it's a family run business .

Ordered pizza and cheesy bread. With some extra sauces. Simple enough. After waiting for over 30 minutes for our order, All of the toppings were wrong on the pizza. And they sent NO SAUCE with the order. Very very displeased with this little Caesar’s.

Super friendly staff and service. The dough is made fresh daily and I love how I can customize my pizza or pick up a hot and ready if I am in a hurry. The crazy bread is crazy good and I always get the sauce to go with it. I would definitely recommend and let's not forget how affordable it is to feed your family!

After my husband drs appointment we decided to stop and get 2 hot and ready pizza from the store on Copley rd. Went thru the drive thru and waited over 5 minutes for someone to even come to the window. When she did get to the window she was super rude but we still wanted the pizza. We get home and they taste like rubber and they weren't even a little warm. Very hard to cut apart as well. Very unsatisfied and will not be going back to that store.

Ordered delivery at 8pm, Grubhub confirmed order and said it’d be 30-50 minutes. Called grub hub, was still in the kitchen at 8:40 and had an ETA of 9:13. Called the location 2 times back to back and was answered and immediately hung up. Called grub hub again and said ETA was then 9:42. Finally got my food at 9:36. Almost 1 hour and 45 minutes to get my food.
Needed 4 pizzas for McKinley High School soccer team in a little bit of a rush the ladies were great! and got everything together for me! thank you!
