Terrible experience. The pizza tasted like plastic with tomato—absolutely awful. On top of that, the service was just as bad. They told me to wait outside for my food, then forgot about me because the worker had already clocked out and left. Never going back to this location.

My food was ready and the order was correct and it was good and hot. The woman who gave me the pizzas through the drive-thru was so friendly and helpful. I pulled up onto the curb and thought I was bottomed, out but the manager came out, and he figured out how to get me back up into the lane and I had no damage to my car. Everybody was rooting for me and was so happy when I drove away safe and sound. And by the way the pizzas are delicious 😋

Family and I ordered from here and they totally messed up our order. They added toppings from the other pizza to my pizza. And toppings from my pizza to the other pizza . They forgot the mushrooms to. Whatever you do check your pizza before you leave this location. Don’t get it delivered either cause it’ll probably be wrong. I’m not happy at all!!
The staff members' hands were filthy. The tall man's nails were so filthy that he was using his bare hands to show me the pizza inside the case. The level of cleanliness is zero.

I walked in to the lil Ceasers on Copley rd and the little Spanish girl was helping the black girl at the register find an index card out of a box while doing so she sat a handful of pepperoni on the counter by the register, then put the same pepperoni on my order I was picking upthen before I left out she waiving her ponytail I told the black guy what I’m seeing an he said he would say something to her you are supposed to address that issue right then and there that s a health violation to customers

Place is so desperate for workers they will tell you that you have a job, and they will email you the paper work that needs to be done, then never do so. Maybe not doing so to people with management experience would resolve some of these issues, as doing this ensure qualified candidates will never reapply to any location. That was the regional manager that did this to, so this issue is assuredly not exclusive to this location.
