Sooo I arrive 10 min after my email said my order was ready just to have the cashier say “its gonna be awhile maaaan!” He asks me what i ordered, i tell him, and he says ya just give us a few minutes. 30 min later a lady asked me what i was waiting on and that she would get it started, but it would be awhile! !😳 do not go here! Used to be good, but has gone downhill like an avalanche.
Wait time to order seems to average around 15-20 minutes, with multiple workers hanging out in the back and ignoring customers at the registers. Said workers also fail to inform you when they are out of something before you order, so they'll take your money then tell you that you'll have to wait 10-15 minutes for your food. Little Caesars made a brand of hot and ready, so if it isn't ready then I wouldn't be ordering here.
There is a 50% chance that if you are lucky enough to get the food at the order, then it'll be old, cold, and hard as if it was sitting out for at least an hour or two. I gave up this place once because the pizza was frequently inedible when I got home, and I'm about to drop it again because of the current quality of service.
Avoid this place until new management comes in to get it running well again. From what I've seen, the crew should flip to a whole new staff within the next couple years. Regular employees, especially quality ones, never seem to last here.

For your own sake, don’t go here! They never answer the phone to take your order. I called 6x to try to place my order. Didn’t bother to answer once. So I drove over and placed my order in person. I wasn’t greeted, and stood in the lobby for 30 mins before anyone even took my order. Once my order was finally placed, they told me 15 mins. Ended up taking 40 mins. The employee that was working the desk (guy with the dreads) was walking around so slow, just walking in circles not actually doing anything. Nobody seemed at all concerned that the lobby was full of frustrated customers who needed helped. The older lady working was huffing and puffing with everything she did, and told me straight out that they don’t bother answering the phone because it’s too much of an inconvenience. I’d rather pay more somewhere else for pizza than waste my entire evening feeling frustrated with the extremely poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible service and quality the red headed (dyed red) lady with no front teeth is ALWAYS rude to everyone when I'm in there and the long haired new guy seems to either not know his job or not want to work in a proficient manner my wife and i used to buy at least 3x a week from this location because it's 7 minuets up the road from my house but at this point I'm just going to take my business to one of the nicer pizza spots around kenmore that actually treat customers with respect

The food was fine, but I waited at the counter for 5 min before being noticed. And waited 30 min almost for a pizza they told me 15 for. Both staff members looked to be high as he'll. Oblivious to any customers when the have a bell on the door telling them ppl come in and out

The sweet girl with glasses who took our order did amazing ! She was quick and respectful, we usually order from here during busier times so sometimes there’s a wait and she handled every customer amazingly !

Tried getting dinner tonight and it wasn't easy. The lack of employees definitely stood out. Considering there were 3 customers ahead of me in line, one would think the folks working would move with purpose. Nope. Their pizza puffs are great. I was looking forward to trying the bacon & cheese ones. Maybe another night. I couldn't stand in that line long enough to order.
